What about Namura Technologies pistons, has anybody heard good things about them? They are 122 for the pair.

Well just got back I have to have them bored .60 over. What kind of pistons does everybody recomend?

I got a pair of nerf bars but am unsure of what kind. I dont know how to change my pics files to upload pics so if you are interested in them give me your e-mail and I will send them.

How many times can you reuse the orings in the cool head. I am only guessing that the head has been off the one time I just took it off. Should I buy new ones or reuse the same ones? They all look in good condition.

I just tore down one side of my motor and found that the piston is scored on four sides like it was cold seized. My cylinder doesnt look bad but not sure. Should I hone that one cylinder out and put the same size piston back in or should I bore both out and put the next size pistons in? The last 4 #s on the piston are 6500. Does that mean they are 10 thousands over stock? I tried to post some pics but it says I cant upload a jpeg file. So if someone can post them for me or just wants to see them I will send them to you. Thanks in advance for the help.

Thanks for the info. I guess I might try to look for some bigger domes so I dont have to worry about using octane booster.

Well I am around sea level give or take a few hundred feet and will be running any where from 40 to 100. Also what octane should I run?

I am getting a banshee tha has 20 cc domes installed and T5s. The motor is bored .40 over and as far as I know everything else is stock so I was wondering if I am going to run into reliabilty problems with the 20 cc domes? Should I get something different or just keep the ones I have? What should I have for main jets in the carbs with this setup to be safe? I am at sea level also. Thanks

I just relized I deleted the pics off my computer but will post some tomorrow when I pick it up.

I am going to go look at a 97 banshee with t5s, cool head with 20 cc domes bored .40 over, works front shocks with rezzies aftermarket front bumber rear skid plate and nerf bars. The only thing mechanically wrong that the guy told me was that it needed a stator and some cosmetic work. I got some pics from the guy and the machine definatly needs to be torn down and put some new paint on it and take care of the rusty parts. It also is going to need tires and a seat cover. He said he would take 1100 for it. What do you guys think? Should I buy it and hope for the best or should I keep looking?
