  1. for you guys in the states that will never have a chance it see it in real life, dont make comments that its too much. This thing is MINT and has been ridden very little. Maybe it seems like a little too much to you guys, becasue of the area you are in. Banshees here in Guelph and surroundings go for around this much. Theres a 2004 that pretty beat up for 5800$...mine was baught brand new in 2005 and it is MINT, so im asking 6000$ Obo!
  2. just wondering what way makes it idle higher and what way makes it idle lower. I also dont really know where this adjusting screw is, but im pretty sure it rite on top of the carbs rite? A picture would help out a lot, pointing to where it is. Remember that these are STOCK carbs, thanks a lot guys and girls.
  3. lol oops, forgot to post that Im in Ontario, CANADA! you guys probably all think this is american. so rite now, the prie is at 6000$ OBO Canadian...im waiting for some offers/trades.
  4. this is my 2003 banshee that was baught brand new in 2005. The oil has been changed 4 times since I baught it, air filter also cleaned 4 times. The machine has about 25 hours riding time on it, it is in mint condition, Very clean. It is all stock, with absolutely no aftermarket parts on it, the motor has never been touched. I baught it in august 05' so its around 7 months old. Check out my pics in the link below. The plastics and everything are off because I just cleaned it up. Im asking 6000$ OBO, and I will also take trades on other quads(kfx/z400, yfzx,trx...etc) Make sure to email me at [email protected] or PM me if you have any further questions. Im looking to sell by the end of april or sooner. 5. lol oh well...look at the price hes asking...I say thats a sweet deal!
  6. where are you located?
  7. Im going to buy the pipes because I'm not sure if I want to sell it yet...I will just buy a set of pipes and if I do decide to sell it, take them off and sell them on ebay or something.
  8. Bump again...no one is interested?? I will take trades also, thanks.
  9. ok sweet, thanks, when Im going to do it, I will ask for specific directions with pictures and stuff...so guys, be ready to get some pics of where the disconnect the carbs and stuff, lol, thanks a lot.
  10. a guy told me to buy a 280 up to a 320 and try thema ll out and one of them should work. Do you think I need all of those, hopefully there not too expensive, how much are jets anyways? I was looking for a low-end pipe, but I came across a really good deal on pro circuits, almost brand new, not a mark on them, so I mine as well buy them for now and see what there like. Thanks a lot guys, this site has helped me out TONS! P.S if someone could tell me how to take off my old pipes, that would be great. I already have the silencers off just the cant get the fronts off. Theres some spring attaching them together and I cant seem to get it off.
  11. what exactly is engine ice? Can you run is in your quad all the time, no matter what conditions?
  12. Id buy them if they werent red...got any other bars for sale?
  13. alright sweet, they're sounding better and better by the minutes If the guy hasnt already sold them, Im going to buy them forsure. Thanks a lot for all the input. When I receive the pipes, I will be back on here for jetting questions and maybe installation questions also. How hard is it to take off the old pipes and put new ones on?
  14. sweet guys, thanks for the replies. what main jets are you guys running with yours? Like I said before, It will be a completely stock motor with a K&N (I'm leaving the air box on) and I live in Ontario, Canada, any help would be appreciated. Also, is the low end a little better than stock at least? I ride fairly fast trails and track, the only reason I'm going with these pro circuits is because of the price(really good deal, almost brand new)
  15. and to change the main jet, will I need to take the carbs off or can I do it without taking them off? Hopefully I can leave them on, as I've never taken them off before and dont really know how.
  16. well just adding the pro circuits will obviously give me a lot better power, but do you guys think I should just go ahead and get the adapter and K&N? I dont really have the nmoney rite now, but if it REALLY wakes the banshee up, I mine as well get the K&N also. Thanks. P.S That jetting link is AWESOME! that guy really knows what hes talking about.
  17. Thanks a lot guys, so Im going to buy the pipes this weekend probably, and then I will go on ebay and get some jets.....280 up to 320, like said above. I will also look for a pro flow air filter adapter with a K&N filter. I dont want to remove my air box because I do ride in some pretty deep water/ really muddy trails. Could someone please tell me if I'm going to need to change my "needle" to a different position, I hear a lot of people talking about that. I already have some spark plugs laying around for the banshee so I'm good to go there. If I do decide to remove my air box, I know I could buy the clamp on K&N(2 of them) and put them directly onto the carb, and then buy those "skins" that cover the K&N's from getting dirty. For you people that ride with that kind of filter(both K&N's on the carb) do you reccomend it if I am riding through muddy trails/ water?? Well thanks a lot guys, this site has really helped me out!
  18. I have a completely stock 2003 banshee that I just baught. I am buying a set of pro circuit pipes this weekend and I have no clue about all this jetting and stuff. I live in Ontario, Canada, so thats telling you guys the elevation(not too sure exactly what it is, maybe you guys will) The pipes are used so there not coming with anything extra(jets or anything). What should I buy to jet the bike? what size jet or main jet or what ever I need. I dont know if I need some sort of needle thing too or what? Any help would greatly be appreciated guys, I'm just not familiar with jetting at all. So if you could tell me what size jets to buy and anything else that I would need to make my bike run perfect with these pipes. Thanks a lot to everyone who replies! and sorry for asking all this stuff, but I dont want to take it to a dealer and have them explain the same stuff that you guys are, and probably charge me to put them on and crap.
  19. is it me, or do they look a little bent in that picture? If you could send me a picture to [email protected] and if you could ship them to Canada, I will make you an offer!
  20. alright thanks a lot...those things really are MINT! I already talked to you, and I will get back to you about them tomorow(March 15th)
  21. I hear FMF's are the cheapest route to go...just because there the cheapest, does that mean they dont give you much power?
