I might be buying a set of used procircuit pipes off ebay. They are mint condition and everything, and they have a really good price. Im just wondering if I should go with them or not. I have a completely stock banshee rite now, so would these pipes work good with a stock motor, no mods done to it? Im looking for some reviews from people that have ridden them/ have them rite now and I want serious answers because I could be buying them soon! Thanks a lot guys and I hope to hear some good replies.

Oil changed every 5 hours, approx. 30 hours of riding time on it rite now. Synthetic oils always used. very clean banshee, almost like brand new. Im located in Guelph, Ontario, Canada. PM or email me at [email protected] with your offers...Im trying to get rid of in the next month or so to buy a used 450. Thanks a lot guys and girls, and dont be afraid to offer me your price...never hurts to ask, But im not selling for a ridiculous price....Its only 7 months old so I dont want to loose my shirt on this deal. http://photobucket.com/albums/f142/blindri...nsheekfx002.jpg http://photobucket.com/albums/f142/blindri...atvssled004.jpg http://photobucket.com/albums/f142/blindri...nsheekfx009.jpg http://photobucket.com/albums/f142/blindri...nsheekfx008.jpg http://photobucket.com/albums/f142/blindri...nsheekfx011.jpg

You could easily deal with the dealers on the prices of the new yfz's...for a 2006 here in Canada, you would be looking to pay around 8600$ plus tax, liscensing and all that other stuff. I still have the banshee for sale, and I know some of you may think the price is high, but thats because most of you guys im sure live in the states. People from Canada I'm sure know why I'm asking that much, I cant afford to loose tons of money on this almost brand new machine. So Its still for sale guys and girls, make some offers!! -

haha 2000$, good one man. No joke though I baught it brand new in 2005 for 6500$ plus tax and all that shit, by the time the interested was all done and the machine was payed for, it came to around 8000$ which was still the cheapest banshee I could find. I dont know where you guys buy ure quads from in Canada, but where ever yu buy them, you get awesome deals! -
well maybe if I went to a 19" then? I just want something good for track and trails, and was thinking the 19" would probly be good enough for trail riding.
-
Im just wondering if 18 or 19" tires would be alright for trails? the banshee rite now doesnt have that much ground clearance and I'm thinking that with smaller rear tires, the ground clearance would be so low, that I would almost hit everything on the trail. Im looking at getting the kenda klaw mxr's 4 ply, if I can get them, I am going to go 4 ply so I can do trail riding and track riding. thanks a lot in advance.

Im also just wondering if the STOCK exhaust have packing in them? A guy on here told me they didnt...?

oil coming from pipes..
blindrider_2001 replied to blindrider_2001's topic in Jetting & Exhaust Forum
Im actually located in Guelph, Ontario, Canada. I dought there is anyone near by me, but if there is, that would be so awesome if you could come help me out. Im only 16 and this is my first quad, so I'm not technically inclined to taking stuff apart on the banshee. I will start doing my own stuff though, because I know my brother took his kfx400 to the dealership and the bill came to 800$!! and the part he needed was about 150$, so I know there a waste of money now. I tried to take off the head pipe, but could not do it. Im not really sure how to, if some1 could tell me, that would be great. Thanks a lot guys for all this help, I havnt really posted a lot lately, but Im going to start doing my own work on the banshee, so you guys are going to see my post A LOT MORE! lol. -

Interested, where are you located, and would like some pictures, thanks. -
all you people out there that have replaced your stock packing, whats the best aftermarket stuff to go with? I need to replace mine, and I know its not expensive, but I mine as well get a good one. thanks a lot.
-
I have an almost brand new banshee and there was a lot of oil coming from the pipes, so a guy on here told me to check the packing. I took off the muffler tip to see what the packing looked like, and there was nothing but some little strings left of it, I dont know if it comes like that stock(I have stock pipes, not aftermarket) or if it all bunred up or something? If you guys could post some pictures of your STOCK exhaust packing, that would be great. Just take the 3 bolts off the tip and pull the tip out, see whats there, take a picture and post it on here for me, that would be awesome. I think its time for new packing, unless its supposed to be like that.
