i have a small pressure washer i got at home depot 1700 psi and its adjustable for the tough jobs. other wise simple green and soap and water. then plastic protector of your choice i like sun of a gun.mothers or never dull on the chrome and aluminum.i would not store any quad coated in mud but thats just me.
from what ive seen the t6s are better for stock as far as porting evryone says the t5s are better.im not so sure on a mild port job.ive talked to builders that say they can port work to match either pipe for full on port work i dont think id chose either one
there seems to be different ideas on this topic some say coolant does not go back to the radiator some say it does. i think it does but thats just my opinion mine has a overflow tube that runs down the right front of the frame.
id say thats normal for a new shee break it in a little. there not that impresive stock.get some pipes and let it breath, rejet, and its a new machine the sickness starts there.welcome to the banshee world it only gets better
lol i agree bansheefreak i still cant believe they quit making it. but all you here at the dunes is i allmost beat a 4 mill shee and its a shee beating mo fo and so on it seams to be what the 4 strokes measure how fast they are.and if you line up at any popular dune drag area with a nice looking shee everyone wants a piece of you.
i have a 05le with toomey t6s noss head 20cc domes k@n pods + 4 timing vf3s and the billet water pump impeller . it runs very well my friend has a modded yfz and its about 50 /50 in a drag race depending on the start i can beat him but i dont blow him away and he beats me to if i dont get a good start i ride between 5000 and 3500 ft elevation just my o2
i have the same set up mine are 5 inch i got mine from my yamaha dealer and they were cheaper i know thats hard to believe but rmatv was out at the time i needed them so i checked my dealer and he was cheaper. they make different size pods so you need to know the lenght or part # of the filters your running
liftdt4r coral pink sand is like no other you almost have to have paddles there its so fine.seems like it robs alot of power too. i think the one way trail is the best part of coral imo
mine has a tube that runs down the right side of the frame on the front.its not disconected came that way stock.and it will spit a couple drops every once inawhile if i ride it hard and the weater is warm
i would check around and talk to some well known builders i have t6s which i was told dont respond well to porting like the t5s but after talking to some different people they said they can port my bike just fine im sure it wont be as fast as a full drag port but a mild dune port is fine for me.they can do the port work to match your mods and type of riding
