ALright well, I did a search and it didnt come up with any really detailed FAQ's for this mod. So shall i go ESR and buy a billet temp gauge for the shee? or can somonoe point me in the right direction onthe thermometre thing.

hello. I am asking a question about some mods i would like to get done. First of all. I got a banshee with K&N clamp ons, toomey T5 pipes, wiseco pro lites. I am asking about these oversized gas tanks. First of all i hear there is a 5.6 tank. Is there any fabbing of mounts or anything involved with these tanks? Will it affect turning with the bars? Also who is the manufacturer and what is the asking price, pics are appreciated to. Also does anyone have an idea for any mods that would make this machine more dune friendly with about 300-350$. I was thinking stuff for cooling but i do not know what to do or where to go from here. Thats why im asking you experts. Thanksall.

i was thinkin to just ride it for like 20 min or so with the 280s and check the plugs and if its lean i think ill go 290 and do it again and then maybe ill go 300. I don't know. Thanks wesw!

Hello all, I have a question. Recently my banshee took a turn for the worst and blew up. So before that happened the mods were Toomey T5's and the toomey 2 into 1 filter. anyhow i got it rebuilt with wiseco pro lites and all that good stuff and i switched air filter set ups. I switched to regular K&N clampons with the outerwears.heres my question. I had 280 mains in it before it blew up and I think I may have to change the jets due to the new K&N's. Although I havent got a chance to ride it, what do you all think? Should I change jets and what size? Or would the 280 be fine? Thank you all .

May I ask why you are switching from the K&N's to the toomey?

been there many a time. do the maid on the mist boat tour, you get wet but its cool as shit. do those haunted houses and stuff for shits and giggles. lol they also got a bunch of musieums resteraunts stores.

now yu guys are paying what us canadians are, it relaly is a shame, cananda has ALot of oil due to alberta and up north. i seen on TV that in a pie graph 40% is the price of crude its self, 20 something is tax provincially, 2.5 is federal tax to pay off our deficit, even tho we payed it off a few years ago our pm still wont remove those crap taxes, in which could of got our gas downt o like maybe below 85 cens a litre, right now in my home town gas is 99 cents a litre for 87, idk how many litres to the gallon but i know we have been paying over 3.00 a gallon like u guys are right now for a longggg time, since like the beginning of summer, when i buy prem,ium 91 at the jump its a 1.10 a litre....

OK noice may be an issue, not usually with me, but i got toomey T5's with sparky spark arrestors not drag pipes. You will need spark arrestors. Maybe adding a longer silencer with a sparky should do trick.

Ok Ok, As like Dan I am in Canada also. I once ordered pipes from parts direct (las vegas) and it took about a week and a half or two to reach. And as like most of us would I checked the tracking number a lot. For two days it didnt get out of nevada. Then things started moving. It was in Rockford, Illinois one night. Detroit the very next day, then it sat in customs for 1 day and I got my pipes next. 2 weeks from nevada and these so called 'customs'. Id say you should have gotten your pipes by now man. But good luck. Maybe he will see this thread and tell you whats goin on or whatever.

Will do! but can somone tell me if i can use injector oil as premix oil? im just confused one says for injector and premix and one just says for pre mix, can somone calrify it for me?

Thanks man, I'll give this oil a try, its supposed to be really good. Two places said this stuff is better than amsoil. But this is kind of a stupid question, can injector oils be used in pre-mix applications? Cause the stuff i bought its like for injector and pre-mix applicaitions, and one of em just says pre mix application, so i may have got the wrong oil? what do you guys think?

Well, out a few days ago in town for some stuff and i ran across this Royal Purple TCW3 2-stroke oil. Anyways to skip the story i ended up getting a quart for a very good price, about 10$ canadian. Im thinkin thats about 8 or 9 american. So its a 100% synthetic oil and the guy said its the best to run. So I am gonna ask, what do you all think about it? and does anyone run it in there banshees?
