A 2 stroke is NOT forced induction. The job of the expansion chamber is to create a pressure diff. to hold the charge in while the motor cycles.

BOOST BOTTLES SUCK LMFAO :baseball_bat:

Boost bottles are not worth the material they're made out of, it's a waste of money and if your builder is saying that your bike has more bottom end cuz of a boost bottle then maybee you should find another builder. I have set-up many diff bikes and tested the boost bottle theory (swapped a stock crossover tube with a boost bottle and it made no diff (seat of the pants))

Yep, I had to do the same thing, when you get a set of straight cuts they have to press a bushing in it, when they do that it compresses the bushing and you have to releive it a little. I've been running my 10 mill for over 2 years like that and have not had a problem.

Yep, or your shift shaft is out of adjustment
