  1. I also used the KRYLON plastic paint. I used a light sand paper...800-1500 grit to let the paint adhere to the plastic better. I put on numerous thin coats, prob near 7 or 8 then used clear coat, prob 10 really thin coats, turned out kick ass, can bend the fenders and no paint cracking. :ninja:
  2. :: Hey, I need some help before I shoot my shee. I recently installed a new timing plate, stator w/pickup coil. When I put everything back together I installed a new key way along with a new flywheel nut. after a few laps I checked everything and found the flywheel nut had came loose. Hit it with an impact. was good for a couple of days but the nut has come loose again. Any ideas? ::
  3. I would second on checking the wires. I had the same problem after installing a new stator. found a wire next to the cdi was cracked and would give spark every now and then.
  4. I run a 12/41 and my shee rocks. I ride mostly in trails, woods. Not alot of need for 6th gear fr me, but have a ton of bottom end power for hill,mud,etc
  5. I have a two into one set up with a stage iv manifold and a singe carb. Is this set up better for trails or is a two carb set better? I'm used to bikes not quads, i just purchased this banshee, any help thxs!
