Dajogejr is right , there is not much we DONT carry for Banshees. Wow Tate had a huge list of goods he needed and we had it all but the stock oem petcock and i had a used one of them but for around $20 we went ahead and ordered a new for him. Try loosening the tops of carbs (caps) as i have seen this many of times.. I like to put them on just lightly snug and then use the L shape holders on the side of carb to hold them from coming loose. Also have seen the locating dowels in side the barrel of carb get tweaked. BUT i think your problem is the carb tops.

Is frame roller minus paddles?

Yeah what Trex said. No worries sheerider. Might want to just clean up your exhaust port roof until just about all the black lip is gone. Try to keep the same basic shape of the exh. maybe widen it just a touch. With not much work done to the exh. i would only clean the transfer roofs maybe go about .5mm. These are just basic steps in porting and im not responible for any mishaps etc... lol

I simply made a comment/question about the transfer roofs. IF your gonna ask what we think, and how they look, and for our opinions then most of us here on HQ are very opinionated and will prolly give them. TIP: If you want some more bottom/mid power, raise the transfer roofs up about .5-1mm Depending on how high you raised your exhaust port and smooth the contour going up the ramp. Also raise the boost port to to match the transfers. Have a nice day!

Well then let me reply : Forgive me if i dont remember every single thing i do and ship out for people. You were'nt the only one i did cylinders or crank work for in the year 2007. lol I asked what I could do to help and offered to do the work for free even though; I didnt assemble your motor and you said it started making noise AFTER 3 hours of riding. I asked if it was possibly noise from your crank as bearings can go bad. If i checked them, then they were fine when it left here, trust me i would of been more than happy to sell you new parts IF it needed them right?!!!$ From the looks of your pistons if it was too big of a bore you would've had brown/black marks (blow by) coming down past the rings around the top sides of the piston (which you dont). Anyone that knows me, knows I go out of my way to make things right. You have someone else doing it now so there is not much more i can do to appease you from the sounds of it.

Yeah , thats gonna take some work and the lower rod thrust washers got tore up too like debri got in the way... Ughh

i think Cascade sells a shift pro kit but why would you want to spend that much when our shift shaft mod&spring or modded shift star will do the same thing for much less $...?
