my stock mikuni's did that too...after hours of float height setting and farting around with it, i noticed one of the floats were tweaked a little..just enough to hang up on the side of the bowl..hope you get it figured out..price of fuel sucks to be draining all over the ground...not to mention pushing your ass off due to running out of fuel...LOL

have you taken a compression reading? what do the pistons look like through the intake port and exhaust port? have you had it running personally or heard it run? im in michigan as well and can pick up if jt (badassbanshee) doesnt want it.. send pics to [email protected]

thanx to everyone for all the inquiries...the 1988 is no longer for sale..someone came over to look at it today and made me an offer i couldnt refuse for my 1997 shee, so i sold that instead... :: if things get tough, it may come back up for sale..

im getting divorced so now one of the shee's have to go..its a 1988 banshee, bored .80 with wiseco pro lites, keihin 28 mm carbs, k and n filter, pro circuit platnum pipes, pro circuit spark arrestor silencers, brand new carrier bearings, no chain whack damage to the case, new dirt digger clutch fibers, plates and springs, good j arms and joints, frame has been powder coated sliver vain (has some nicks here and there) good sprockets and chain, stock cages with boysen dual stage reeds, good tires...this bike fires right up and runs excellent, hate to see it go..located in reed city michigan, about an hour north of grand rapids michigan.. $1,600 firm!! you can ask a few people on here and they can tell you i take terrific care of my machines.. oh, and i will not part it out!! will send pics if interested..its the blue shee on my profile
