hey.. a friend of mine just ordered a kit from (ASHOP) with sst's power cores 2, an billet intake, kn filter, and v forece reeds.. he told me (ASHOP) garrented him that with those parts his bike will do 90mph.. or his parts are free... he also told me that their were guys on here that are getting 90mph with stock gearing?? or even with a 15th. from my understanding gearing makes your bike faster and parts just make power to run bigger gears.. and accleartion of coarse.. and i thought it was imposible to get 90mph out of stock gearing unless some how you can pull 20.000 rpm.. is any of this true??? my shee will hardly do 80mph.. and i have parts on mine.. peace devin

yeah im hoping its rich and it bogs... im taking it out soon... does anyone run a 2into 1 carb in the winter??? if so what jets u have??? thanks devin

i had a few probs in the past.. had my motor apart 3 times.. think mabe im rich now and i can take it out?? 35mm c.v pipes 22cc domes no air box.. eek needle 4th clip 55p 230m 476ft and 30* so its cold here and will get colder.. need info i dont want any problems this time.. mixed 32to1 amsoil dominator thanks devin

need a eek needle for my 35mm pwk... i cant get 1 around home cuz no one knows what im talking about.. need help.. cant drive my shee.. peace devin

i have a 200 mian in now.. i still think its to lean.. wheres the best place to get a eek needle... and some 220 mains.. i live in canada and im going to have to order them from the u.s.. because out here none knows what a eek needle is... peace devin

i cant get my jetting right.. iv had my engine apart 3 times from to much heat... im sea level.. 17*c temp. 22cc domes fattys .20 c.v 35mm fillter/outer bag/ no box.. 55 piolet needle on 5th clip the 190 main... im thinking its running lean.. at wot there hardly any smoke.. havent dont a plug chop yet.. mix 32:1 help me out peace devin

its not the spring... the kick gear is in the right way... i was kicking find but then after a few it messed up again.. the first time it messed up i was driving the danm thing... anyways.. must be bent or the springs bad or somthing... ill hopfully get it fixed this weekend.. thanks devin

my kick start gear when i kick it will luck some how.. it kicks fine then locks like the cranks jamed.. but its not the cranks i can spin the flywheel.. now if i turn the fly wheel it unlocks the kick start till i kick it again.. the gear comes out then jams up?? i say mabe behind the other gears or somthing.. i was driving and the gear moved and locked my hole bike up.. like it stalled.. but i was in 4th doing a good speed.. i replaced my cluch basket/gear.. and put my bike back to geather after messing with the kick gear again... and kicked it 4 times and she locked up.. my motor is being a dick right now... i cant seem to figure bout why the kick start is locking like that.. my mechcanic cant figure it out nither... well.. help me out if you can.. sorry for the long message.. im rushing here... peace devin

i got a 35mm pwk.. cv system.. my plugs are a good brown and the tip a darker brown... if my needle was lean would it be white?? will a lean needle lean harm my engine as much as a lean main?? runs great.. but my hot rods have a little blue near the bearings..m with means heat witch = lean... i have a 190 main in it now... i think a 50 piolet.. cant rember my needle slot.. thanks devin

yes its the worst thing that can happen to a banshee guy.. and its all stupid shit that happens... this time my kick gear/spring poped out of place and the iner cluch washer came loose.. very bad luck but it should run once again tonight... i hope that is... peace devin

i blew a piston about 8 months back.. did a full rebuilt but only put new main bearings on the crank... so it starts up first kick runs great 1hr later the lower rod bearing goes... so i do another rebuild with a new hot rod crank.. put back togeather starts up first kick.. runs great.. 1.5hrs later enigine completly lucks up in 4th gear driving down the street.. now there was no sounds nothing perfect bike then crank locks up... now im stuck with another freaked motor i gota fix again.. i havent drivin my shee for more then 3hrs in the last 3/4 of a year... noss head21cc fattys 35mm..cv.. 188main.. luck or what??? peace devin

when you say taned... you mean the iner/ white part of the plug??? all of it should be taned?? 2mm ring on the bottome means good main.. so if the rest was taned that would mean the needle and piolet are good to??? i just need to get my jetting good so when i take it out for more then a few hrs she dont blow up.. thanks devin

wiseco hot rod or a 4mm stroker.. if i go with the stroker what will i have to change to make it work.. and i really dont want to get ported right now...no money and all... so witch would you say?? peace devin

yeah.. i figured out what it was... my wrist pin and bearing went.. the piston has about a half of an inch of play.. up and down.. luckly i stoped the motor befor it blew right off.. thanks guys.. devin

i thought my shee poped a piston last weekend after driving it for 1hr on its new topend.. well i poped my head ( witch was 1 bitch to take off.. dont ask..) and was waiting to see my dome all chiped to fuck and my piston in chunks.. well my pistons are fine top are black/goldesssss.. and my domes are fine... now i thought it blew.. my reasons.. was driving and reving fine..3/4 in 2nd.. then it felt like 1 side blew and sounded like the piston was bouncing back and forth..stoped the engine.. kicked it again.. right back up she went with the same sound.. like it had no spark the the piston was poped.. i cant figure out what it was.. mabe the spark plug went?? single carb pluged up.. air leak just happen??? what do you think.. i pulled the banshee apart thinking the worst.. then everything looks fine.. once again the motor seemed like 1 side wasnt sparking and the piston/ rings went.. but everything looks fine.. sorry for the long shit.... but im stomped on this 1.. i just dont want to throw it back togeather... peace devin

noss head 21cc .20 over 35mm c.v.. no air box.. fattys.. the bore job was great.. kick over in 3 kicks first time startinng it.. then first kick after that.. ill pop the head tomorow.. peace devin -
just finished a new top end/ crank... new parts ect.. got it running.. changed my jets.. went out for an hr.. the shee ran hard and strong.. next day went out to do a plug chop.. then.. 1 side blew again... it hurts.. took 2 months to build back up.. now i gota take it apart 2 days after.. the god danm jettings fucked up once again.. the bike was running perfect.. but it just wouldnt idle.. how can you do a plug chop if the bikes going to blow up.. im having bad luck with my shee.. anyways.. hopfully the next time ill get the jetting right the first time... and it will last my more the 1 hr of driving.. peace devin

it would not idle with the first jets.. mabe the piolit is to small??? it was a 52 so mabe ill try the 55 i got.. but no i checked it to make sure it wasnt pluged.. another question... would a dyno be good to check my jetting.. i cant really go w.o.t around here.. and i dont want to drive the shee untill i know its fine.. thanks devin

182 m 50 p needle clip un known.. runs great with no bog.. but it wont idle at all.. i have to lay my thumb on the gas for it to say alive.. i think my need is down to far??? i went from a 190m and a 52p... doing plug chop today. mods- fattys noss head 21cc .20 c.v 35mm no air box. tryed the idle screw it was a no go... any help please.. peace devin

i havent put the c.v on yet.. i want to get a perty close jetting befor i try to kick up just rebuilt motor.. i have fmf fattys/powercore noss head/21cc clamp on filtter/with bag.. .20 over at sea level.. just a good jetting to be good to start with.. just need to start it.. and run it so i can start the plug chops and rejetting.. thanks alot.. devin
