  1. my brother has one sounds like your baffle has been gutted that will make it loud and check your carb boot might be suching air that will make it hard to start those things are tuff lots of torque good luck
  2. my bud has a 87 quad racer 250 it is 0.60 over with coolhead and fmf fatty pipe with power core silencer. pro design shifter , black race fenders ,moose bars polished cases,aftermarket bumper. it has xct holeshot tires this quad was rebuilt in april with about 4 hours on it since. this thing is very strong . i live in northen il. 60 miles west of chicago it is a great deal at $1250.00 obo send your email if you want pics thank you 1000dollabill put the pics up for me they are down below
  3. the needle is the thing that is long and pointed when you unscrew the carb cap off at the opposite end there is a c -clip and little notches count from the top down and with one more hot the air fuel screw is prob different from one to the other so one is getting hotter but should do a compression check before you start to do anything
  4. i have a 99 yukon with vortex 5.7 with jba headers and no mufflers now that sounds mean but i dont think you could get away with that in cali 40s sound good
  5. i use the amsoil interceptor full syn. at 40 to 1 but i have heard of people running that lean (scary to me )

  8. i run 50/50 c-12 and 93 1 have 18cc domes with 180psi of compression any higher octane and i will run hot
  9. yea dont grind the rubber stuff on the place where the reeds go there are little lips on all four sides you grind away and a little on the cross bars

  12. i have a motofast i live about 50 miles from you mine has been running a little warmer in the fall weather but not hot enough to melt gaskets but my pipe has always got pretty warm prob air fuel screw did you change gas or mixture mine is sensitive to any change lets ride sometime

  14. it is a motofast 2 into 1 pipe in perfect shape i got from holyman no dents no rust .comes with silencer also in great shape . the low end on this pipe is mean i ride the woods like a four stroke with not much shifting with a 14/41 gear im looking for some topend pipes in getting in to grass drags .i want something in good shape (no rust) other than that im pretty open or i would like to get $275.00 pretty firm but would prefer to trade .i have pics but dont know how to load pics yet i can send them to someone and if they could put them up fom it would be cool . for info send me your email to [email protected] and i will get them to you thanks
  15. my motofast stinger is a lot bigger around than fmf or oem where the pipes go together i know someone was looking for a complete set of motofast i was thinking of getting rid of mine for some topend pipes it is in perfect shape BLING BLING i got from holyman

  17. im thinking of trading a guy for my motofast 2 into 1 for his fmf gnarly gold series is there much difference on the top end between the two i know they are low end pipes but i want to know if there will be more top with the fmf thanks
  18. i have a motofast 2 into 1 i also live in il i have a k&n cool head 18cc domes tdr reeds with lid on premix 40 to 1 with 105 octane and i am a nice tan to light brown with 290 mains stock pilot i started at 300 and it was a little dogish so went with the 290 and i can still ride when it get a little cold out 45 to 50 degrees with no prob
