  1. Need a rear shock. Must be in good shape and reasonable. PM me

Whenever I am at part throttle ( anything but pinned) it loads up with fuel and won't rev until I pin it and wait for it to clean out and hit power band.When it is in powerband it runs fine at any throttle but let the revs go down and hit it, it will load up again. Mod are as follows: milled head,fatty's,foam air filter,no snorkel,holes drilled in lid,+4 timing key and lightened flywheel. Bike ran fine with 250 jets a couple of weeks ago but had a slight hesitation that got worse. I have since rejetted numerous times 240,230 with no change. The only thing that seem to make a change was putting the needle clip at the top position. I am at the end of my rope! Any suggestions will help.

  5. How does the rear shock come apart to get at the valving?? Any help would be appreciated!
  6. disassembled the rear shock and can not get at the valving. I tryed twisting the cap with the one hole in it on the bottom of the shock housing but it just spins and does not loosen. I can not find a diagram to go by.Anyone have any knowledge on how do do this. Thanks!!

  9. i LOVE TO GRAB AIR AND THE STOCK SHOCKS BOTTOM OUT EVERYTIME. I WEIGHT 210LBS AND NEED SOMETHING TO HANDLE IT. ANY SUGGESTIONS OR SHOCKS FOR SALE LET ME KNOW. THANKS!
  10. i just bought a 95 banshee blown up. one piston skirt was broken.during the rebuild I found a stripped water impellar gear and replaced that. when I fired the bike up and rode it ,it seemed to heat up very fast and run hotter than my other banshee. I felt the radiator all over and there were no cold spots. (poss clog) it did not boil over or anything it just seems hot. should I just ride it and see if it overheats or what? finally found a temp gauge like ten minutes after I rode it and the water was only at 150 but that was after 10 min of sitting in 40 degree weather. any suggestions?? thanks!

  16. I KNOW TONY. HE LIVES IN THE TRAILER PARK ACROSS TOWN. HE MAKES THOSE OUT OF HIS SHED IN THE BACK ON HIS HOME MADE LATHE. I WILL ASK HIM ABOUT IT.
  17. IT MORE THAN LIKELY IS THE TORS SYSTEM. TRY SWITCHING THE SPARK PLUGS ON THE CYLINDERS AND SEE IF THE OTHER CYLINDER STARTS TO FIRE. IF IT DOES START TO LOOK INTO THE TORS SYSTEM.

  19. I HAVE BEEN HEARING DIFFERENT OPINIONS ABOUT MILLING .030 OFF MY STOCK HEADS AND HAVING MY FLYWHEEL LIGHTENED. I WAS TOLD I WILL KILL MY POWERBAND IF I LIGHTEN THE FLYWHEEL. I WAS ALSO TOLD BY MILLING MY HEAD I WOULD PUT A TON OF STRESS ON THE LOWER ROD BEARINGS AND THEY WOULD NOT LAST A SEASON WITHOUT A REPLACEMENT. I HAVE A STOCK 94 AND THIS IS ITS FIRST REBUILD. I AM PUTTING ON FMF FATTYS ,MILLING THE HEAD.030,LIGHTENING THE FLYWHEEL,AND ADVANCING THE TIMING +4. HOPING FOR A BIG IMPROVEMENT AND RELIABILITY.SOME GIVE ME THERE INPUT! THANKS!
