  4. Right upper control arm and uncut good plastic. Plastic can be any color that goes w/ a blue seat and yellow tank. Also need heel plastic and pipe hangers. Let me know.

  6. I have tried other ranges. Still the same thing.
  7. I have had this stumbling for a while and it is just pissing me off. The problem is the bike misses or stumbles at anything but power band. The more load on it the longer it stumbles. Throttle position doesn't matter. Mine also smokes more than anyone elses. We all run 240 main jets w/ pipes. Mine was fine up until a month or so ago. Seems like it is running rich but these jets worked fine for so long. Here is what I have tried new plugs,top end rebuild,new crank and seals, and cleaned carbs. I just don't know what it could be.Any suggestions? Thanks, Phil

  9. Just put a crank in my quad and when I fired it back up it will not idle and runs pig fat at idle to 1/4 throttle. It seems fine at any thottle above 1/4. I had no issues like this before I took it apart. It is shooting out raw gas and smoking alot. I have cleaned the carbs and they seem fine. If I shut the gas off and let the bowls get low it runs fine till fuel runs out.What could it be? Could putting the ignition advancer in backward cause this? I am screwed if I cann,t fix it A.S.A.P.   10. I probably should have mentioned that for the first couple of minutes of riding it seems fine and then starts to act up. When ever we stop so my buddy can have a smoke the first couple of minutes after we start riding again it is fine and then starts acting up.
  11. I will have to check the seal surfaces. I only replaced the seals the first time it was apart. I only got about 5 hrs out of the new seals.

  13. I changed my oil and it is very dirty and has what appears to be metal in it. The new oil looked the same as the old after 1 ride! I tore the motor down and it looks fine. My clutch looks great also.What could it be? Could it still be the clutch slipping even if it looks good and I can't feel it slip? Thanks for any help.
  14. I just replaced my crank seals a couple of engine hrs ago and they are shot again.(I think) I replaced them the first time because of a bad bog/miss when on the throttle. I had tried jetting and it seamed to do nothing so I replaced the crank seals and it was fine for a while but now has started to do it again. The symptoms are will not accept throttle smoothly,(1/2 to full)Hesitates before powerband,Lost its snappyness. I tore it down again and really inspected the crank beaings. They seam fine (no pits,spin great) but they have play in them side to side. Is this normal? Where do I take it to get them replaced? Should I just replace the crank? Trying to get out of this cheap and quick cause I have a trip on memorial day weekend. Thanks

  19. slides are in right and I am running a air filter with outerwear. I have tried the air filter with no outerwear with no change.The choke tube is also in.
  20. I have jetted in every direction and had the needle in every spot. I think I have a different proble. poss a worn needle seat? I do not know were to check. Should I just replace the carbs?
  21. I do not think it is the main jet. I have jetted it all the way to 270and the bike still did the same thing. When I had the 240's in it and I took the air box lid off it would not hit powerband it just missed.put the lid back on and it would at least hit it. With the 270's it was bogging out in the higher gears in 4th & 5th but would still run the same with the airbox lid out. This thing does not give me any of the usual signs to go richer or leaner. Nothing really seems to help. What else should I check? Are the carbs just worn out? maybe reeds? poss seal problem?HELP!
