[My experience with several bikes is the stock pistons will last forever. When you put in wiseco you get like 1 year max if you ride every weekend. I use them because there cool and cheaper than stock. Just my 2 cents worth.

Okay, somebody has got to have tried this before. Its an easy way to increase compression. I figure the base gasket is at least .015 thick...

Dude, banshees hate water.

Ive had my banshee for 7 years, talked to someone the other day that claims you can do away with the base gaskets all together and just use silicone. He said must be done on a fresh bore job to prevent the piston rings from hitting the wear ridge. Anybody heard of this????
