i dont see any market for that .with just a clymer manual (and maybe the occasioanl HQ search feature) and a little abilty damn near any body can completely tear apart a banshee engine and reassemble it . the bikes are simple enough that it is almost self explanitory .not to mention i doubt too man y people are gonna want to tromp out of the garge covered in grease and stinking like gas and back into the house every 2 minutes to reffer back to their pc . A manual can be right there to view ,simple to follow and makes the build go fast IMO.my .02

that pretty true , the intake is ofte n what everyone looks at and judges power from but yet it accounts for maybe 10% of the toal power ,the transfers and exhaust make the power and to the average guy you probably wouldnt know what to look for anyways if you saw it . you want it open so it can get a good volume of fuel and air in but dont want to lose veolicty to do it ,you want it some what rough but need a good linear steady flow with no eddies ,,yo u want it radiused and curved to keep it from streaming waves .my .02

how bout one on a step by step of changing out a spark plug too , dont ru n a spacer plate o n that cub setup drop the ports and cut the domes ,you dont want to raise your port timing that high . doesnt make much sense to me

not trying to sound cynical but i cant understand why anybody would want to build a $$$$4 millimeter stroker and use a weak clean up woods port set of jugs ,why not have it done right fro m a builder who has experiance extracting the most usuable power from the project ? eric gorr is pretty much outta business now anyways

i agree with ceg ,yo uneed to have the right tools$$$$ and the experiance in porting dozens of cylinders before yo u know what bits to use and how to accurately use them to hit your durations sizes and shapes . youll need special stuff like a thin high speed rotary grinder,a right angle pencil grinder to get into your transfers and various sets of carbide ,aluminm oxide,sicion carbide,diamond ,flapwheels ,buff wheels ,and the list goes on,thsoe cd's are a waste IMO and you wont extract near the power that the jugs are capable of .there is no cd that wil l teach yo u off your pc what is needed .by all means practice ,gotta lear n and start somewhere ,just take your time and dont make it an expensive mistake ,its alot easier to take steel off than it is to put it back on and one quick accidental slip up can ruin a good portjob
