  4. You can buy them directly from Fullbore for like $30.00
  5. I agree, it took about 5min to install the new spring and now shee shifts like a brand new bike...
  6. I just returned from a few days at the dunes and man that clutch worked great. I now know what you mean by getting all that power to the ground. Anyone looking to get a new clutch, i highly recommend giving the streetbike clutch a try. Jeff, thanks again for your help! Hopefully we'll see you later this month in Idaho
  7. I told the little lady I'd take her riding within the next couple weeks, but i need some nerfs. I've got stock pegs so i'll need the stock nerfs. Anyone?
  8. MAN! You had better tell your pops that is a very big motor for a stock swinger. Even if he is trying to build a sleeper, hes going to need some length on that bike. IMO 22's might be a bit tall for a stock arm as well, i've seen some guys run that way, but many complain of bottoming out. I'd at least go a +6 (if it were me). As for gearing, i'd probably go with a 14/38 or 15/38. Thats a lot of HP and shouldn't have a problem pulling. I run a 13/41 with portiing and that seems to be perfect gearing for my style of riding (dunes).
  9. If all your mods consist of are bolt ons I would probably go with 3/3. I use all 6 HD with a regular clutch lever and don't think its bad at all. Personally i'd rather have a stiffer clutch and know i'm getting all the power to the ground. Your going to dig the hell out of this clutch kit. Did you order the inner/outer hubs and basket? If Jeff didn't mention it to you, you may want to think about getting the shift spring mod while your clutch cover is off. HUGE difference in going through the gears...
  10. After some recent mods over the past couple of months (i.e. port work, carbs, reeds, cool head... etc.) i've been trying to dial in my jetting. I've just about got... i think, but my plug still looks a bit on the lean side. It has a light shade of brown to it (not white or burnt) but i want to make sure it's not too lean. The bike seems to run perfectly, no bogging, or reving up, idles perfectly... Can someone please post a pic of what you think a "perfectly" jetted plug should look like... thanks in advance
  11. I'll normally ride it for no more than 1/2 throttle for about 1 tank. then you should be good to go...
  12. I just installed my FAST clutch a couple nights ago and man what a difference a HD clutch makes. Honestly, I didn't think the 6 HD springs were all that bad, although its a big difference from the 6 stockers. Agreed, if you don't have a lot of HP, i'd recommend going the 3/3 route. Make sure you check your inner/outer hubs and basket, if those are worn bad it will only wear your plates faster. I got the whole package, excluding the basket for a couple bills. Also, if you call Jeff, ask him about the shift spring mod...... It's a good one Good luck...
  13. I think ~Banshee~ is doing them? Where's the sign up list?
  14. Yeah those are kinda sick... what do you need?
  15. I'd def go with 8's with your mods. if you're curious i've got a set of 10 paddle extremes i'll sell you. of course this would be a no returns sell
