  1. #1 and 4  are the thick thrust washers/spacers.  One goes behind the clutch basket and the other one goes on after the basket before the inner clutch boss/hub. I have some if you need one shoot me a pm!

P.S. Make sure they dont have grooves worn in them and make sure to oil them up before installation.

  3. I have 2 sets of cases, 1 set has regualr chain breakage on top case and the bottom case has been welded professionally, the other set is good and has had a small repair on top case by the kick start. both cases will work fine, all they need is to be build, I'm wanting 1 good set with no damage and no repairs for the both

  4. Your going to need a multimeter to test the stator, I believe there was an article at bansheezone on how to test the stator. The flywheel comes off with a puller the shop will usually charge you around $25 to pull it but you can get a puller for around $16. your local shop should be able to check your stator for you. I'll see if I can find the page in the mean time I'm sure one of these guys know something :bolt:

  5. I was looking at some new sliders and rollers the whole deal from tm designs. I seen where they have a case saver made from that plastic I have a metal one and have heard talk of the chain stripping the bolts and still breakijng the case.

Just wanted to know about the tm designs case saver if anyone has run it and how they like it.
