I just bought some 28 's I was just wondering how do you choke it when both carbs have a choke on them.I've never had the stock carbs off the bike, it has a pipe on it but was installed and jetted by prev. owner, I was just wondering before I tear into it.Also where should I start on jetting, needle position, pilots, and air screws, the 28's have 140 mains in them. I live in Kansas I think I'm around a 1000ft. above sea level mods DMC pipe mods I will do when I install my carbs cool head V-force reeds pod filters 28 PWK's timing plate Where is a good place to purchase jets for the 28's

which ones are better 28mm Keihins or mikunis I have a chance to buy some 28mm Keihins PWK brand new for $150 with throttle cable.Are they worth that?I have to reply to the guy by the 9th.

I had to ream out the spindles on my raptor when I put on my Burgard a-arms on it. I went to Oreilly Auto parts and got one it was around 25 or 30 bucks.I just put the spindles in a vise put the reamer in a drill and reamed them out just take it slow and keep checking the fit of the ball joint.It only took about half an hour.

I have the two into one pipes on 03 Banshee stock bike except for pipe they have alot more low end than my buddies bike .More of a low to mid range pipe.

I just won an auction on ebay for a ModQuad cool head with 20cc domes, my bike is almost stock it has DMC pipes on it thats about it I will be riding here in kansas and waynoka ok. will 20cc domes be ok or do I need to go with something like a 21cc dome.Also do I have to rejet for the head .I'm wanting to stay away from race fuel.I believe I'm around 1000 to 1300 ft above sea level.

We are going down the 16th or 17th of Mar. it will be first trip for the banshee there will be about six of us.We will hopefully be camping in the south camp close to newer showers.Just south of the entrance to the dunes.

I am from kansas city,I really don't ride up here just Oklahoma & I really don't ride alot during wet conditions, I will just try the K&N and adapter plate for right now thanks for the info.

I just purchased a 03 Ltd. banshee it has DMC pipes the ones that come together under the tail light.I do all of my riding at the dunes, I am going to see how well I like these pipes before I run out and buy something different.My question for you guys is should I buy an adapter plate and K&N and keep the stock airbox or should I buy the pod filters?Also if you run outerwares do you have to worry about riding when it is wet out or raining(out on the dunes).I also have a raptor and I was thinking of getting rid of the airbox but don't want to have to worry about sucking up water or moisture.
