My thoughts exactly!!!!!!!!!!!

The parts I sent him were fine. I told him of everything that was done to it and I even asked him if he wanted me to wipe it off. "HE SAID NO I WILL DO IT AFTER IT GETS HERE I JUST NEED ONE TO RIDE BECAUSE I CAN'T RIDE WITHOUT ONE" There was one zip tie on the top of the adapter plate because I lost one bolt on the trails. If Chuck wasn't happy with mine and was happy with yours, he should of said so instead of screwing someone (me) over, keeping yours and making a second deal. I am not the only one who this happened to either looking at the replies to this post. Thats just bad faith on his part. It seems that you know WAY more than your letting on also nugshee if you know that but who cares because I don't. I really dont care what he thinks, He should of just sent mine back to me if he was going to keep yours instead. I would of been fine with that. THAT'S THE POINT. I will let him send mine back to me and call it even ( I will even send him the 18.00 dollars to do it if he wants and I will remove all the bad posts and make it right). But until then, I don't even care about the airbox anymore thats the whole point. I have another one coming next week. So if you talk to him let him know to send it back since you have contact with him and he won't answer my emails or calls and we'll call it even. Brian

BAD TRADER!!

He said that he had tha plate to make it a 2-1 carb airbox. The one he listed on the banshee is mine with the KN filter plate and airbox, I still have not heard from him yet. Brian M. 287810[/snapback] BAD TRADER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just copied and pasted my emails he sent. He said that you sent it out before he could talk to you per his email. You need to get it straight with him. As for me he is soposed to send everything in the add out tomorrow and give me a tracking number (I hope but I have a bad feeling about it). I made a deal with him on the 15th and sent it out the 19th before I left. If not the law will deal with him. I already talked to the state police internet investigating unit in MD gave his info and they are waiting for me to call back the detective tomorrow to follow through with the charge. I hope it does not come to that. But that's my only option if I get screwed. You need to get your airbox back I would think. Brian M.

Looks like we got screwed! I will call his local police in MD This is mail and internet fraud. I had this happen to me on a deal with some RC stuff and the local police went straight to his house and made him ship it out then. Chuck, Wheres my parts I traded you for my airbox? I thought you were sending them when I was in Florida riding. I came back looking for my box of parts and nothing is here? Whats up with that!!!!!! You said that you were sending them UPS. UPS dosn't take 12 days to deliver ground packages. Let me know whats up please. I have reciepts from sending you my stuff with delivery confermation number that you received it. I was a man of my word on sending it to you I hope you do the same.
