had something close to that hapen to me once i had a 1980 cr250 elsinor bored over 30 boysen reeds whit bro exaust and a bunch of other stuff bike was fast as hell i was racing the neibor down a stretch of power lines i had him by a go 50+feet in 3rd when all of the sudden im going asshole over elbos still not sure what happend to make me eat it but my left leg got caught between the rear fender and tire with the throtle stuck bent my handel bars tore my jeans off and i spent 2 hrs pulling dirt and tire tread out of my iner thigh but i won the race and shut him up about how fast he thought his bike was

with winter rideing how do you adj the jeting just the idle screws or do you have to adj the mains?

i just paintd mine with krylon fusion i sanded the plastic with automotive grade sandpaper and a couple coats of primer then several coats of black leting it dry real good between coats then i put acouple coats of clear on it looks good if i ever get my hands on a camera ill post pics i went out riding with it recently and its held up good im sure evenually it will wear through but for now it seams ok

i had a custom painted helmet when i rode dirtbikes i took a pretty nasty spill crossing pavment dumb ass me never let off the gas going from the dirt as soon as i hit the hard top the tire grabed and i fliped over spit the helmet in the back but it held my head together

im looking for some pipes im limited on funding so new ones are out of the question im not being piccky just as long as the arnt totaly trashed spark arestors preferd but not mandatory i do alot of dune riding and tearing up some trails

do yo have any paper work for it im in wisconsin and they require registration of atvs to ride trails

ok i have a old dt400 around 1977 the bike is in real good shape exept for the fact i need a new piston and rings and gaskets but im having a hard time finding them if anyone knows wher i can find parts for this old bike or happens to have a motor for it hell even a whole bike i would aperciat the help the bike has some sentemental value and id really like to fix it up

i dont do much for racing i moved from michigan so i did alot of dune rideing and playing around in the trails and at my uncles track on the farm. i have to rgister my bike befor i can do much for riding on public land michigan dosnt requir it

yea i kinda figured there wasnt much around milwaukee i live in bayview I also found out i have to register my shee to ride on state trails. Ill be doing alot of hunting my self here in oct and nov. do people do much riding on the ice in the winter?

im looking into a 2-1 pipe are the worth it or should i stick with duel pipes
