I dont think you should polish your stock axle, or any steel one for that matter, i did it to an old one just to see how ti would look after a few rough rides, looked good, til i washed it. Dried it off, and it still rusted like a bitch! With clearcaot over it! the xle has that special coating that keeps it from rusting, dont take it off...Just trying to save you the pain..

Polish it.... Chrome is way mroe expensive than polishing it... In my opinion, polishing looks better than chrome...and you dont ahve tow orry about cracks or chipping, like rnbrad said. It's up to you, but i would polish that bad boy.. It wont take that long!

Thats a nice bike, but i think that engine would look better in your shee.

I was just reading my 4-Wheel ATV Action magazine and they have a test on the banshee/rator plastics from maier. They said its a "Great" Product, and they give it a 5 star rating... Damn this things ugly...500 bucks too... What a shame to any banshee rider who puts these on their shee...

I need some tie rod universal ball joint boots, on a stock tie rod, the dealership wont just sell the boot, they have to sell the whole end, for $50 bucks a pop! Please, anyone who has these boots please help me!! I need them bad! Peace, Eric

I use the good old compounds, if its REALLY BAD start with Black (Emry). If its bad, start with brown. If its not that bad, just use the good ol' polishin white. FOr rims, id use a hand grinder, with a 4" polishign wheel on it... Get Polishin' Peace
