Is there anywhere to ride near Tucson AZ?
XxMeltIcexX replied to Holyman's topic in General Banshee Discussion
Nah, it's not as hot and everyone says it is, lived here my whole life. Gets to abut 110 summer tops - in tucson. Lake havasue is a diff story, it gets to about 120 there. But io love the heat! Eric -
The way i've heard it, is that you CANT fit yfz450 shocks on stock a-arms? is this correct, i have disputed with a friend of mine about this, i could have sworn if you just ground own the shock a little, but he says it hits the upper a-arm, and you need aftermarket a-arms for them to fit?? Pleasde clear this shit up! Thanks, Eric

most common is 32:1 , but alot of toehr popel use diff. combinations. JUst follow what the back of the bottle says. Oh, and when you get to the middle throttle and it tries to throw you off, all you gotta do it hold on - welcome to the world of 2 -strokes. You'll get used to the powerband, theres a reason why they call it the banshee. Eric -
I have an X-ring chain. I've had both o-ring and X-ring chains, they wear the same way, but i just like the way "X - Ring" souind like, so i paid the extra 10 bucks!

Banshee Zone Is Going To Be Gone
XxMeltIcexX replied to 421stroker's topic in General Banshee Discussion
man, that site's pretty sweet. Dont know why he'd wanna get rid of it. -
BULLSHIT, the paint was chiping off as i put them on. No way that powdercoating should do that. 340802[/snapback] Take em off, and tell the guy to give you a refund, he lied, you got tricked. give him bad feedback and warn others about this product. Its people like this that makes people unsure about buying online. If you report to ebay what hes been doing , ie. lieing about the products he sells, they will do something about it. I'd kill the mother fucker

Is there anywhere to ride near Tucson AZ?
XxMeltIcexX replied to Holyman's topic in General Banshee Discussion
I live in tucson, never rented a quad before but theres tons of plasces to ride. Infact you can ride through the whole desert, a day trip. "Powerline Road" is located in North tucson. I usually start off of tangerine (Get off I-10 when your heading into town from the south and go east) and on your left after a few miles will be a few gates, you cant miss it, there big ass power lines above it. You can either follow the powerliens and go all the way to the florence highway, come out back at I-10, or come out catalina. Or you can just go back in there and just explore. Its fun when its dry, but its raining right now, so i hope it stops soon! Supposd to stop raining monday. You can ask the ATV rentals where there are some good riding places probably too. Like i said, theres TONS of places to ride, but i cant tell you all the places in one post. Have fun Eric -

Anyone in N. Cali and wanna build my shee?
XxMeltIcexX replied to 01bansheefox's topic in Banshee Repairs and Mods
Man, save youir money, put ti back together yourself. Get a shop manual, the more you know bout your bike the better. So if it breaks down, you know how to fix it, it saves you alot fo money. A banshee is not very complicated once you rebuild it the first time. Including the engine. Goodluck Eric -
