  1. LMFAO! Don't do it, just rip it apart. If you have the tools, take measurements. If not, take the top end to a shop and have them mic them. Why risk engine damage
  2. How's your bike set up? If your not getting the power to the ground or can't keep it consistent then you are wasting your time. How's your clutch? Are you using stock suspension? What gearing do you have? Your trail riding, you want in frame drag pipes, you want bottom end , and seems like you want 100 mph out of your bike. You just want it all don't you. Someone with a smaller motor can beat you any day as long as there bike is set up right. Try that if you haven't and see how much faster you get.

  6. I've never heard of these heads. I'd contact the people you got it from and raise hell
  7. I run 40:1 with klotz. A boost bottle is not necessary. Does it work, I don't know. I haven't seen anything to prove it does but nothing to prove it doesn't. The only thing is its heavy so it shakes a lot. The shaking rips the intakes. If you want to keep it, then by all means do that. Just keep an eye on the boots. Now back to the oil, klotz is a quality oil, so I don't think that its not doing its job. I use ST never had R50 available to me. But 32:1 and 40:1 are really close and 32:1 is the most common run ratio
  8. Are your cylinders level? Is one of the o rings pinched? Any gouges in cylinders or head?

  12. I don't agree with that. I was told break it in with the ratio your going to run. At 24:1 your actually running lean and your jetted for 40:1.

  18. 1. I love my vitos crank 2. Craftsman is garbage. You get the littlest bit of dirt in the head and its fucked. I've never broken a snap on wrench, the craftsman explodes if I drop it to far. Like zilla says craftsman has the convenience of being in Sears. But it's not convenient having to go there 2 times a week. But the vitos cranks are sweet. I called them to all about tolerances and the guy that picked up actually knew what the fuck I was talking about.
