  1. I just rebuilt my carbs . I put in a new rebuild kit and new floats. I set the carb float level to 21mm and it leaks fuel out of the bottom overflow if I shake the bike real hard or when I am riding. Anyone have any suggestions ? Thanks.
  2. Clearly you don't have a clue unless you wouldn't be asking such a stupid question! hahaha what?
  3. The cylinder seals aka rubber plugs that go into the bottom of the cylinder.
  4. Why does it not make sense? That's what they are called. If you don't have a clue don't respond to the post. The rubber plugs are called cylinder seals. I was just looking for a little help. Thanks.
  5. Do these need some kind of sealant or do you just install them into the cylinder? Thanks.
  6. Thats what I was hoping I could do. Thanks.
  7. Thanks for the the replies guys. Just not sure what I need to do to get the coolant out of the crankcase. Do I have to split the case? I really need to buy a clymers for it.
  8. Well I just ordered a new head gasket and I will change the oil. Is that all I need to do to get the coolant out of the crank side? Do you guys think oem gaskets are better than aftermarket?
  9. So is a bad head gasket the only way it can get in the cylinders?
  10. No but I dont have any coolant in the case just in the cylinders.
  11. I used a aftermarket head gasket. Do you guys think its better to go to the dealer and get one from Yamaha?
  12. Thanks for the quick response. I just rebuilt it and had a fresh head gasket on it. Thats why I was wondering if it could come from somewhere else. I have the head off now going to see if it is warped.
  13. I have coolant getting into my cylinders. I was wondering if a bad head gasket could be the only way it was coming in? Or could it come in from some other spot. Thanks
