  1. Are you fucking kidding? Your jetting was probably fine. For only the left side to be lean like that points to an air leak. Your just a lazy asshole that didn't feel like doing it after being told to multiple times. So good, leave the cases together. Rebuild your top end. Just hope it's not a crank seal. Because your just put together motor will have to be torn down again to replace that because you were to fucking lazy the first time. ITS A 6 MINUTE TEST! Please tell me why you would think it's okay to skip and you don't need that? Because you just replaced an area with 4 gaskets and no way could that possibly cause an air leak?
  2. So between my pro mod and all new clutch shit, it should be an upgrade? Or will I barley notice?
  3. Most. It was said I could use all soft springs and still have sweet pull and use.
  4. What? that basket and hub look grooved to shit. Which could give you excessive noise.
  5. Why no lock up? Recommendation of a builder? I'm concidering one for my stock cylinder 4 mil. Everyone says it's always good no matter what mods.
  6. Okay great. Now the next test is a leak down test. It's literally 6 minutes. And can tell you all you need to know.
  7. Crank seal, intake boots, gaskets, carb. Anywhere. After the opening of the carb is considered unmetered air. A loose carb cap=air leak. A missing crossover tube= air leak. 99% of the time any thing before the bell of the carb won't have an affect. It will be minimal at best. But it can still be accounted for and corrected.
  8. Corey at compulsive koncepts has adapters to swap over stators and harness. See if he has your years matched up Didn't see that Gary posted ^^^^ already.
  9. DO A LEAK DOWN TEST!
  10. Jetting sounds good. 99% chance it was an air leak. GET THE TESTER BEFORE YOUR TEAR IT DOWN! GET THE TESTER BEFORE YOUR TEAR IT DOWN! GET THE TESTER BEFORE YOUR TEAR IT DOWN!
  11. Exactly my point. There is zero communication between the two.
  12. Nobody deal with these 2. There is ZERO communication between dad and son team over there. I paid on a Friday, said he would get me a tracking number on Monday. Didn't happen. Waited till next Friday to ask. Said yeah hold on. 4 hours later I get a tracking number for a package sent 2 hours ago. I asked why, he said "wrong one I thought you were other guy" never got a number. So Monday I got my arms in a crate packaged good and a big crate. I'm thinking awesome, somebody know how to send shit and really cares and he must of sent when he said as the shipping seemed about right. I was over it at that point. Open it up to a arms with dirt and dog hair packed on all the tight spots and grease leaking every where. All the bushings that go across the 2 arms aren't in the box. Text dad asking if he has them. He says " yeah. I also have a matching stem." I asked if they came with the arms. No response. So I had to call up Jannsen (fireball) and order all new ones. Got all new lower bushings and caps because one arm came with 3, the other with one. The tie rod boot are ripped clearly from using a fork. I did get I brake line and clamp. But that was clearly off 2 from the master. So I have one useless clamp and line. I got a smoking deal on the arms and hubs I can't deny that, but it's like dealing with two 4 year olds. So buyers beware. As of today, I had to order- Bearings and seals for the hubs Bushings sleeves and caps for both lower arms All 4 tie rod ends Both side collars and spacers for the upper arms.
  13. okay let's not make this all about you.
  14. Lift front end. Grab tire 12 and 6 o'clock push and pull lightly. You'll feel it. 3 and 9 are tie rods. Same movement. With the bike on the ground grab the top of the tire and pull. That'll check a arm bushings only in upper arm. You can kind of do the bottoms, just a little tough.
  15. Yeah there's like 6 or 8 sizes.
  16. What size line is everyone going with 16 18 22 25?? I have asi rad hoses, but there is no measurement and I have no hose around to get a measurement
  17. Pfffffff says the guy that can't identify cheetah cylinders from stock. Before you try to belittle someone check where you were only a few days ago.
  18. You should really go back there and ask them where the fuck they got the prices and part numbers. That's complete bullshit.
  19. If the vf2 have good pedals then yeah. But pedals are 110-120 alone to replace. Complete vf4 is 190-200. So depending on the price and condition of the 2, usually for a few more dollars the vf4 can be had. Unless there 50 bucks for both with fresh pedals.
  20. 4 stroke torque vs 2 stroke power. I'm also looking for a good dirt tire for the sand. But nothing beats a paddle. Answers I got are Ohtsu 501 Ambush Terrain tracks Realtors
  21. Yup. I text you about a month ago for that and a flywheel. Keep it hp. I'm looking for one to have as a back up
  22. Make sure it's not your carrier bearings blowing apart. The bearing will leak grease and the metal will etch in to what ever it gets on
  23. Also 18cc dome? What does that give you comp wise at 1400'?
  24. Wacko2000 has a serval and snipers in his yfz hybrid.
