  1. Are lights a necessity? If so, Cut a few more lawns, skip lunch a few days, do a dc conversion and get HIDs. Don't bother with buying light bulbs.

  3. No. Yfz brakes are leaps and bounds better then stock. If your brakes lock up, there useless. You want to slow down in control. Banshee brakes are either off or locked. There's very little feather room. I rode a yfz and almost flipped mashing the fronts. They never locked. Just slowed down extremely fast My rears suck too.

  5. I was told you need both master and calipers from the 450 for the best results. I have individual lines from the master to the fronts and it's a shit load better then stock.

  7. A stock trans won't shift WFO normally unless adjusted perfect and all fresh parts. It also sounds like your trying to ride it like an over ride. Are you pulling in the clutch to shift? And if you are, why aren't you letting off the throttle?
  8. Calipers are junk. You need a bore gauge and micrometer. There's 6 points to measure. No caliper will get you close to what a micrometer can.

  14. Same I thought. But a good tap on the back of an awl, and epoxy cracks and falls to pieces. I still haven't broke through entirely, but only one had epoxy in it. Not all 4. Regardless, the little that I did get through had aluminum behind it. So once I get time to actually tear into it I'm gonna post and let you know what come of it.

  18. Well I went out to the garage and looked. I see what your talking about. I poked at it with an awl. I'm not to sure it's epoxy. I have a set of junk cases. I'm gonna drill those holes
  19. If your chasing power, that's the most optimal way. Builders know there port work the best, or if it's an already set up port they'll have a better understanding of it if they check the timings and heights.

  21. What do you think about Yamahas transfer shape? A straight up and turn. [ kind of like that. As opposed to my Kawasaki Kx cylinder ( kind of like that. Has a bunch of material in there to make the transfer bow out
  22. Yeah. The light isn't actually on. It turns on and off faster then the eye can notice
