Mine runs the same with it on or off. So I am assuming she is just going by sound. By re-tuning I meant I had to mess with the idle and air screws. If you need anything else just post here or shoot me a PM. I'd be more than happy to answer any other questions.

Yeah I got no problem taking a little road trip to whoop some ass. Then after we could meet up for a hq ride...... Nothing like doing some ass whoopin, then some riding to calm down!!!!

Yeah you gotta get the hush kit. I think it quiets them down to like 89-92 dbs. I just recently purchased one and there is a big difference. The only thing that sucks is that you have to re-tune when it is on and then re-tune again when you pull it off.
