OK, I've currently beeen building a banshee.. these parts just arn't fitting. I know they had 4 arm sprocket hubs in the 80s.. then switched to the 6, did the threads on the inside of the 6's ever change.? I have a Durablue Eliminator Axle, 2+2, bought sprocket hub off ebay, said it was for a banshee... got it powdercoated without even testing it on the axle.... and it's not fitting it's too big, check out the pic. look at that gap.. W > T > F

Tested supposively working CDI.. still getting no spark.. lets just recap a bit.. because from here I don't know where to go I need your guys help. Tested known working coil, harness, cdi. STator comes out all 3 tests FINE according to the clymer 3 tests things with OHM reader.. Still no spark.. What's next?

Just bought an ohm meter today, all 3 stator checks test out fine, accordin to Clymers manual... I'm pretty sure it's narrowed down to the coil or cdi..

Gap is set at .018. Tested a different wiring harness - current one was all chopped to hell. Still nothing with a known working harness. I need to get my hands on an ohm tester/reader, what can I test with that other than the stator and what numbers should I be seeing.

What years are the same for the 96 Model.. I heard they are the same for a few years in a row then they are changed.. so any info on the 96 harness's is appreciated.
