  2. Plugs look o.k. 1 rich, 1 lean. I will check on that oring and see what is happening. It was torn at one time but I thought I fixed it but maybe I tore it again. Thanks I'll check
  3. I checked the plugs and it looks like one cylinder is running rich and one is running llean. Also how does one plug around the white part , be carmal and the other half be black. Not sure how to fix that
  4. Can't fiqure out why shee is running so hot. I have a Cool Head with 21cc domes, 20 fin Inline cooler in the hose to the head. Yet the Fluid starts boiling after 20 mins of riding. The little hose on top of head just starts freaking out after shut down with boiling fluid going threw it. Also have Antifreeze coming down two studs of bottom of engine. Comes down studs in a good flow to. Its the 2 studs that are really close together in the middle underneath. Not sure why thought. Need Help getting frustrated
  5. I have Trinity 2-1 35mm carb setup and was running 162 Main, Just installed G3 Reeds with 12mm spacer not sure what to rejet main to. And or do you have to do pilot and needle. Anybody no what main to use, or can suggest something. Are you supposed to go up in Main or Down. The guy at dirracing sent me 190, 200, and 210 but didn't sound like he was sure what he was talking about. Now I have fuel coming out bottom of bottom nipple on carb when I rev Up. Please help
  6. Got 2 problems and need help. I put 70w-90 Amsoil in Crankcase and now all of a sudden fluid is coming out two studs ( the ones right behind the drain hole that are really close together) constantly on the bottom of my engine. Not sure why or what to do....Also put new G3 reeds with the spacer in today and up Main Jet to 190 and now I have fuel coming out the bottom of the carb. I think its that overflow nipple. But never had this problem with fuel spraying out when I revv up on the throttle need Help
  7. Thanks guys, it is a 20 fin so I hope it works
  8. How do these inline super coolers work? And where do they go? Do you just cut a line and then clamp it in or what?
  9. I prefer G3 Power Curve Reeds form dirracing. From what I have been told, I'm sure somebody will correct me if I am wrong. Reed spacers placed after the reeds give you more Low End, and I have seen people place reed spacers before the reeds for topend.
  10. Thanks mine should be here in 2 days. Why so much influence on the needle kit?
  11. Got a question with 6th. When I am in or out of the powerband when I shift to 6th I lose everything. I doesn't die but i doesn't grab more RPMS it just kind of settles. Don't know if I need to go further down of my main or what. I am already at 162. I have Trinity 2-1 so its a little easier to jet. Help
  12. Got a question when I hit 6th in or out of the powerband I lose everything. I doesn't die but it doesn't keep reaching in RPMS it just kind of slows and settles. Wondering whats up with 6th
  13. The T6's are more for stock banshees, depending on your aftermarket I would go with the FMF's, I am going with the FMF SST just because I want the low end for jumping. I have heard great things about the Toomey Top ends thought.
  14. Hey you guys heard anything about these reeds. Seems like a really good deal with dir racing. Just wanted to get the low down if you've heard anything
  15. No but keep us informed!
  16. I want a exhaust but not sure what set to get, Toomey T5, FMF with Powercore silencers, Trinity Stage IV, or something else. NEED HELP
  17. Can somebody help me with jeting for trinity stage IV 2-1 setup, I am running a 48 Main, 1 up on needle clip and 168 main. BOGS alot. Takes 8-10 seconds at WOT to find Powerband
  18. I am running a K&N in stock box with Lid off. Yeah I have Trinity Stage IV 2-1 not sure about jetting I running a 168 Main. When I am running at WOT it hesitates for awhile to hit the powerband and when I shift to 6 it does not whind anymore it just kind of bogs. The RPMs don't change and it just settles if anything it starts to die down and just mellos out there is no finding a power band in 6 at WOT
  19. I got a question on WOT. It bogs a little at WOT and I have to hold it there for about 5-8 seconds before I hit the powerband. Some people say its my Main Jet I am running a 168 Main, 48 Pilot, Needle is on second notch and my screw is at 1 and a half out running a K & N in box without lid. So I am wondering why I am still bogging at WOT and it takes so long to hit the powerband. Please help running out of ideas.
  20. Thanks for the help guys, I will see what happens when I swith to the BR8's
  21. Thanks for the Help I will see what happens with the plug change and let you guys know. Yes I boggs down at WOT and so I half to back it down to half to get anything out of it Starts to piss me off after awhile
  22. Thanks guys, Yeah I will put BR8s in it and see what it does next. And let you guys know. ANd yes to answer your question and WOT it does get boggy especialy in 6th gear it doesn't want to do anything so I half to back it down to half throttle. Well I will take what you said and apply it as best as I can and let you know
  23. Not sure but having a problem building up and kind of compression in cylinders. Runs o.k but only at 90 PSI in each cylinder. Just replaced crank and head. Seems really low and having a big problem with bogging
  24. Not truly sure what I should be looking at using, but here is what I am. I have the Trinity 2-1 Carb setup, Stock Box (NO Lid) K&N filter, Pro Circuit Pipes and am using a 172 Main, 48 pilot and the needle clip is in the stock middle ring. Need Help Bogging Down alot. Really Hard to find powerband half to hold and half gas for 10 seconds to find. Plugs look OK a little rich but not to damn bad.
  25. Hey Guys,- I am having a problem and tried solving it myself but not sure what else to do. Recently (3 weeks ago) rebuilt top end. I am having a helllll of a time hitting getting the powerband now. Seems a little boggey than before. But to even get the powerband I have to hold the throttle and half for 5-10 seconds and wait for it to kick in. A hell of a lot different than before. Need some help. Not sure if jetting is right either, maybe problem. I have the trinity 2-1 intake with 172 main, 48 pilot and 3 notch on needle. Trininty told me to change my plugs from BR9ES to 8ES and that might help to. Please let me know what you guys think
