So I need to get some big bore domes?

I'm having the exact same problem. I'm wondering if it is because I have over reved it a couple of times and may have strectched the rods. I'm putting a cool head on mine. Does anyone know if I will have to have the domes machined? My bore is also .100 over.

Do cool head domes come in over bore sizes?

bore is .100 over. The head gasket cut a groove into the top of the piston. It is a banshee head gasket. Do the head gaskets standard or are the matched to the over bore.

I have vito's super stock forged pistons .100 over bore (66.42mm on left and 65.92 on right). I'm installing a cool head with 19cc domes. My question is will I have enough clearance? I had my stock head milled .040 and the pistons were hitting the head gasket. May have used wrong gasket? Maybe rod strecthed?

are the carbs in sync?

Does that plug have spark? Plug may be bad.

Could be many things. Float sticking or height not set right, carb not in sync, or a combination of both.

Wife and I are leaving Friday get there about 8:00 P.M. Like to meet some of you guys. We are renting a house there with some friends, won't be able to save anyone a spot, but will surely have a beer.
