All i could think of is the plugs might be firing too hot due to a screwed up cdi .

Im sellin my shee soon and was looking into getting a b2200.I would like it to be a standard cab and have a straight body because im looking into making a mini truck out of it.If you have one and its nice enough i might be willing to trade the shee for it or just post your price--even if you know someone who has one ask them if theyre wantin to sell it.Thanks.

Yeah but if youve been watchin the 250r's sales on ebay youll notice that theyre goin down - this is because the new 450's rule the motocross track now and its odd to see a 250r when used to it was unusual if you seen somethin besides a 250r.I just dont want the prices to drop and if they will im sellin now but if not im gonna keep it for a lil while longer unless i find a crazy good deal.And it is going to suck having to part with that thing but if ya think about it therail once you get a new truck you can work and get you a nice banshee or just build one from the frame just puttin about $100.00 out of every check into it.

Im goin to be 16 in a year and have a 1998 banshee that i love but i know im gonna want a car more when I get 16 and im gonna want somethin pimpin.Id really like to sell the banshee now and get started on my mini truck but id rather keep the banshee over the winter and really get it lookin sweet before i sell it so ill get more money but im worried that it wont be worth as much next year since banshees are gonna stop being made in the next year or two.So whats your opinons .You think the price will go down much in the next six months or stay pretty much the same?

I have a sweet 1998 banshee that has a practically brand new performance motor in it.I was looking for 2500.00 for it but if you'd be interested in coming here and giving me the 1500.00 and then making 1000.00 in payments oh and by the way you could take the banshee home with you if you gave me 1500.00 and then make payments.I live close to little rock,Arkansas i dont know if thats more than a 4hr ride or not but i could probally make an hour or so ride to meet you.If your interested just email me at [email protected] and we'll talk more about it.

Since you posted this on banshee hq im kinda thinkin you might be interested in a banshee?I have a VERY NICE 1998 banshee that was just bored over 0.30,has wiseco pro-lites,a vitos performance crankshaft,a 04,model head,and all of that has less than 10 hours on it.It runs great and looks sweet as a matter of fact i rode it in my local parade today.If your interested just give me your email adress and i will send you pictures.Im sure im missing a lot of stuff that ive put on it over the past couple of months.

I have a 1998 banshee for sale it has a new vitos crank with about six hours on it,new wisecos and a 0.20 over bore with six hours on it and a stock head with maybe 12 on it.It also has a new yamaha factory effex crossbar pad on it and about a year old cdi.It also has brand new holeshots on it and does have the title.Asking 3000.00

On ebay their is a +4mm stroker crank,new pistons(any size),a stroker plate,all the gaskets and oil seals to rebuild the motor,all that is like 780.00 or somethin.If you do that i would get a noss head or something aftermarket.I just rebuilt my motor and I had to pay more for a vitos crank,wiseco pistons,and all the other stock stuff than I would have to build a stroker.---Same thing happened to me when mine was stolen it ruint my crank.

Im looking to get a tether kill switch for the shee anyone got one.My shee got stolen a while back and the theifs just cut the whole keyswitch assembly off and threw it away I guess because when the atv was recovered it was wired together and the key switch and stuff wasnt there.If i get a tether kill switch can I just hook it up and use it kinda as a key because im gonna start racin soon and really dont wanna spend that much on a new key switch assembly if I dont have to. Thanks for any replys.

I just got my shee put back together and I had this same problem and had to take it back apart.All that was wrong with mine was that bar that goes under the shift star with the roller on it had come loose and wasnt pushing up on the shift star like it should so it was just kinda letting the star set in between the things that shift it.Then I tightened it ,it shifted great and smoother than ever make sure that bar w\the roller is touching the shift star and not behind it because then it wont work at all if it gets behind the star. Hopefully this will help you.

Poor guy,he musta had been smokin some green and had some green paint to have done that to a perfectly good banshee.BY the way did the 02's come with golden\yellowish colors on the dunlop letters on the tires that looks pretty sweet.

You talkin about the first jump with the snakes and lions or whatever.Looks like it might be an old honda elsinore but im not sure just a guess.

Yeah thats a good idea.Keep us posted on what you do because now that mines runnin im gonna need some extra protection on keepin it from theft.

Gosh you got lucky your lucky they didnt start yankin everything apart ,my banshee was stolen and then recovered but had 1500.00 in damage so i just put all aftermarket parts on it that the theifs messed up and they paid for it lol actually i just got it runnin last night.Over time ive found out that most theives aint even worth killin lol.And dont worry what goes around comes around.

Yeah I broke mine too.I kept pulling the cases apart and then it stopped then i pulled again then it just snapped.Only cost 6 bucks but its a hassle getting one.
