i had that problem before, the rear master cylinder resiovr cap, the rubber insert was turned inside out.

i havve the 404cc vitos big bore kit with , cool headss, v force reeds, toomey t5's, k and n filter, 15 front sprocket, 340 main jets with 30 pilots 24cc domes also. I love this thing its great, lots of power all round. someone mentioned the coal hills i might take her up there during ther year and see how it runs. I recently jus installed mine and i have yet to get it in 6th gear so still doing a trial and run to get it running to its prime. u will not be dispointed with this upgrade mann also i have a fully ported motor

well the chain always stretches a little bit when u ride on it. YEs u can buy seperate master links. just add 1 more link

i got my sleeves installed and u have to open the ports up before u install the sleeves b/c it is very har to match them once installed. I say stay with the setup u have if it is already reliable. i am still tinkering with my carb sect to get mine runinng correctly. but once i got eveything done it hauls ass

i heated up the spring and it makes it softer but is the springs bent they wont jus bent back its like a pipe cleaner not u bent it and it stays in the same spot

yes there will be play in the shaft the sprocket mounts to. Once you get the cases back together there will be some play still so the chain can float back and forth a bit.
