No real tips or tricks to it. Just unbolt it and yank it out. If its your first time you might want to label all the the bolts wires and hoses so you can put it back together. If your doing the topend, make sure the rings are on right side up, as well as your gaskets. Pay attention to torque specs and what not. Thats about it I guess.

I tried painting my plastics with EVERYTHING and NOTHING works. Someone once told me, nothing good comes out of a can. Youre best bet is to just buy new plastics or live with what you got because if you try to paint them yourself, your just headed down a long hard road of heartache. Maybe someone else knows something I dont but I tried a lot of shit and nothing did the job.

FIXXED! I had the throttle cable tightened against the thumb throttle housing! RUNS BADASS NOW! WHOOOOOOO HOOOOO! I LOVE THIS THING!

TORS disconnected. What could I have unplugged that would cause it not to idle??

Forgot to add, the on/ off switch doesnt do anything. It'll start with the switch off and keep running with the switch off. WTF.

Ok, my bike ran perfectly, then I put on a noss head with 21cc domes. I put it back together perfectly and now it doesn't idle. Put in fresh gas and new plugs, same problem. I know everyone might say its a jetting or carb problem, but NOTHING has changed on them. Basically it worked one day and not the next and I didnt even ride it. It fires up on 1 kick and it runs fine if you hold the trottle like half way in. Its like the first half of the throttle doesnt exist. When you let off the gas, it just dies, no sputtering. So WTF could be the problem? Please help, thanks!
