dave, i think you would be a foo to take it off, lol. i just made a read skis plate for mind out of 1/4" aluminum. went riding alst weekend and if i didnt have it on i would have had to spend more money replacing parts than it was to just get a skid plate. im thinking of putting some gussets on mine so the flaps covering the sprocket and rotor dont bend up on me. if this thing bends to crap im going with a 3/8 i dont care how low it is is you can just glid over it with a skid plate and the weight is not even noticable. its funny how all the 200+ lb people are concerned about the weight of there bike, im thinking about making a full skid plate to mount to the bottom but i dont know how id clamp it on. anyone got any suggestions on what there have. cotton eyed joe what do you plan to use?

i got those pipes, except mine are better, they had i light coat of rust covering the top. just apperience. ill trade ya?

lol wherte i come from ther is no room for this wide open in 6th gear buisness except for tuning your carbs every so ofeten on the streets, whitch is still risky if you have your spark plug out and cant put it in on time and take off before your in his custody. thats what i like about this banshee. where i live there are trails all over and the only way you could get could is if your engine stalls because there is no way they can keep up with ya. and when you hit the trails gotget it. so long sucka, lol

dayton is about 3 hour out from where i live. and i dont know anyone with a quad that could compete with ANY banshee.

i dont have trans portation. and id be damn lucky if i borrow a truck on the day. but if im lucky i might be there. either mass Nh or east vemont and south mane. i live in the boston area but my shee is up in alton bay

i havent done a search on this yet buy. how do you take it off. id like to free up some space on the handle bars and get rid of that cable. is it gonna look shitty if i take it off? like someone took a pair of pliers and snipped th cable. i was looking at it today and noticed how it didnt work.

today i was riding the trails for like 2 hours and when i can back i stoped at the house to get something before i go bring it down in the garage. when i went to start it up i shifted it into 1st and it started moving with the clutch pulled in. i couldnt even start it in 1st with the clutch it would bog and stall. i had to start in in nutral. also when i was ridein on the road to check the color of my plugs i started to notice that the clutch had a delayd reaction. its in all the gears. ill shift let go of the clutch then at about the time i let go of the clutch it take about 3 seconds for it to kick into the next gear. what is this all about? im prety sure it should be instant but.... anyone else ever seen this problem? thanks

LOL i can picture in my head how that musta felt.lol dont know whats worse have the slides stuck out loosing control of the twist throttle. LMAO yeah with 4 wheelers you have control two wheels in front insted of a dirt bike there on only one. could be a little tricky just glad no one got hurt.

today i just flipped my farthere timberwolf over. rolled twice. i was going around a turn and there was ice on the ground. so i would have made the turn but as my bike was sideways just about ready to finnish the turn the ice stopped so i endind up jumping off and runnihng ahead of it. i was only goin like 10 mph or so. im not too crazzy with high speeds so i usually can jump off the bike or what ever maybe get some minor road rash. havent had a stich in my life. i dont have MED insurence so i kinda take it easy and pop wheelies little endos, small jumps and things like that. i dont have the balls and stupidity to try something crazzy. but i just got my shee a few weeks ago and just road it REALLY for the first time today. i ran out of smaokes and my store that i am close to is closed for vacation, so i had to travel real far to find a store. i had to take the streets just to get there. im in new hampshire and the nearest store is like miles and miles away. i was passing cars and shit it was great. the speed limmit was like 35 i was doing what felt to be about 70. passing them on the breakdown lane. man if they ever pulled over real fast i would have been shit out of luck. but with a banshee i cant get cought by the cops, they can keep up with me untill i hit the trail but too bad for hem the chase ends there, lol. things are fuckin quick man.

i have a 99 shee with out the keys to my key swith so i was gonna buy a new key switch. will this key switch off of an 03 shee work for my 99 or is there something else i would have to replace to get it to work properly? thanks
