on the maier site the crapter plastics are shown and $500 for the set who the hell would do that to a shee and for that price makes it look like a kids 90 with the fenders so high up The only thing I like about them is that there not on my shee

I have stock ones. The stock floor boards are ugly and the plastic heel guards I broke First ride. I like the look of the ac pro peg nerf w\ heel guard but everyone says there crap. So I looking for a different route to go. I need as much protection as I can get. Ran my foot over last weekend climbing a moutain. I ride in the woods where no trails are found and there is no suck thing as a smooth ground.

I like the ims heel guards but they require there $200 peg also. Anyone know a site that sells metal heel guards that fit on the stock pegs.

it is only $80 bucks. The gauge itself is only 2" and I like it mounted here http://www.jtatv.com/images/Yamaha%20Banshee.jpg It starts at 100 but operating temp is Around 180 for mine and runs 20-210 in the woods. But that all depends on your setup. I just can't see putting thousands into an atv and cutting corners on a gauge that could save a engine or help let you know when to stop to cool off You would pay 100 plus for a helmet, A gauge is saftey equipment for your shee

Removed tors as described from a search on here. Went riding this weekend and noticed where the wire pluged in at my thumb trottle had mud in it. Took off the cover and mud inside of it. Any tips on a pretty way to plug that hole. I love the mud but dont want cable to stick or break from rust.

I think this looks the the best way to go. http://www.jtatv.com/mechanical%20gauge.htm the whole turkey temp gauge looks cheap to me. If your going to put alot of money into your shee then I think its worth a good gauge. Thats my 2 cents

I dont know what jets are in it. I bought it the day after it was traded in before the dealer serviced it and got it pretty cheep. So I've changed the oil, put the pipes on,cleaned it up and lubed chain and all greese fittings. It had after market pipes on it before it was traded in with stocks and it ran with a bog off idle when I bought it(do to jetting). So I adjusted the air screw and now pulls great from a stop with new pipes. Taking it out in the woods the week sometime to do a wot run. and I have been putting around the streets here hard to stay off it Thanx for the info

ok read and printed the jetting FAQ tweeked the air screws and runs better than she ever has(in the short time I've had it) but two things 1. how much smoke out the pipes is normal- Mine is white smoke a bit till warm, then light amount at idle and reving standing still 2. I noticed a bit of oil something around the silencer openings (almost a drip) is this normal or a sign of something haven't touched the mains or needle or pilot can't do a wot run cause I run out of alley way at 3rd gear and if I touch road cops show up and bitch at me. Other than that the shee feels great 1-3rd Anything else I should do before I take it out on the trails for the first time? You all got me freaked with the whole "lean blow up thing" Took me 2 years to save for the shee and worth it Thanx I run 32:1 yamalube with 92 oct. One other thing too, rode it for about 15min. up down alley and pipes never got to hot to touch(hot but not "burn ya hot") it's about 46ish degrees here

Manual Removal Instructions To remove this virus "by hand", follow these steps: - Win9x/ME - Reboot the system into Safe Mode (hit the F8 key as soon as the Starting Windows text is displayed, choose Safe Mode. - WinNT/2K/XP - Terminate the process BBEAGLE.EXE Delete the file BBEAGLE.EXE from your WINDOWS SYSTEM directory (typically c:\windows\system32 or c:\winnt\system32) Edit the registry Delete the "d3dupdate.exe" value from HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\ Windows\CurrentVersion\Run I'd format though

If you have a dent in your pipe and want it out got a trick for a bud. Take your pipe off plug one side and use a air comp. to the other side. Take a torch and heat up the dent SLOW while adding air pressure. BING dent comes out can't even tell where it was. Paint ,done. Don't know what it will do to chrome ones(chip chrome) but if you heat slow shouldn't hurt the bling Just did this last night to a buds at the shop
