Anyone else try to lean it out with pilots and mains and get out and run it hard yet. I hope it helps me in the sand. Guess will find out this weekend. Got my Bratts in today!!!

I put in a 45 pilot and 170 mains and needle in middle. I only have a alley to test but it roasts the tires from 2-4 and gets sideways. I will leave like that and try in the sand this weekend. Didnt feel the flat spot either. Guess I will find out

so should I maybe try some 45 or 42 pilots and drop to about 170mains from 175's?

Had the bike out again today and it ran like shit!! I could barely launch in 2nd gear with 14/41 gearing. I have 175 mains, 48 pilots and needle in middle. I dont know what to try..I think it running rich. Any help??? Thanks Chris

16/41 for sand drags? I will try it and see what happens, I have the sprockets might as weel try.

Anyone running Lectron carbs and know how much they are?

I have PWK35's on mine. The more I think of it I have that dead spot also. With a 15/41 and 22" pro wedge tires I have a hard time taking off in second.

I am racing about 500' sand drags. I am spinning off the line real bad with my 15t front. Should I switch the rear and if so go up or down? I am running 22" ProWedgeII's

What Kind of HP you think gonna get out of it. I finaly rode mine this weekend and it runs great. I have my clip on the bottome of the needle, im gonna try to move it up a notch and see what happens then go from there. I am very happy with it so far. I will have a dyno run in a few weeks. What HP/and tourgue you think Im getting? Also when I get used to this power and look to get more Hp what would you recomend? And about how much power? Thanks...Chris

I Have my needle at the very bottom notch and it got rid of the flat spot. Runs Great. Smoking built 450's with alky and 75Hp built up Ds650. I think I can still get a little more out of it with fine tuning.

I have 175mains, 48 pilot and needle in the middle position. It has a slight hesitation at 1/4=1/4 throttle. Try Air screw or what? Thanks..Chris

Should my front end come up with a +6 swing, stock tires, and 16/41 gearing on asphault? It Roasts the tires then goes!! I think my jetting is close but not dead on. No space to do WOT or anything yet. My jetting is 175 mains, 50 pilot and 2nd notch from top

Ok, I Got it running now!!! It has a little hesitation at mid throttle so I think I need to change needle position. IM in middle now, go up 1? Havent really done wot yet b/ I live in the city.

When I took off the parking brake all I did was take the thing off the bar and pilled out cable. Im thinking that maybe there is some connectors or somehting that I didnt do. Guess I will try that tommorow to late to go dig out now. Anyone know???Thanks..Chris

I have mains, needle in middle, pilots. Ive tried manny differant variations and none are seeming to work

I got it to idle, but I still cant give much gas and its blahs still

I have my bike all ready to go, enigine in and all, now trying to get the thing jetted right. Listed below is all my mods. I am running 175 mains with 48 pilots and needle 2 from the top. It wont idle at all and when you hammer it makes a "blah" noice. Am I way to rich? We tried messing with the idle screws, the fuel/air screws and all but the thing wont idle. soon as let off gas it dies? Any idea? Thanks...Chris

Your gonna have a hard time getting even 5k out of it. Nice bike but you never get close to what you have in it!!!
