the head was a brand new noss head,i run spectro oil and the levals were fine.water pump wa working perfect.

THE HOUR OF RIDING WAS AFTER THE BREAK IN PROCESS.IT WAS RUN THROUGH A TANK OF 16:1 AND THEN 24:1 AND THEN 32:1IT WAS ON THE 4TH TANK BEFORE WE STARTED REALLY RIPPIN ON IT.WE THINK THE JET WE WERE RUNNING WERE TO LEAN.IT BURNT OUT THE FRONT OF THE PISTON.NOT ON THE SIDE BUT ON THE TOP NEAR THE EXHAUST PORT.AND ALL AROUND THE SIDE OF IT LOOKS LIKE IT WAS SHREADED.ANY OF YOU GUYS HAVE ANY INPUT ON JETTING.IM RUNNUING A TDR CRANK,VITOS PISTONS, STOCK PORTING,NOSS HEAD AND NO AIRBOX LID WITH A K/N WITH OUTERWARE.ANY HELP WILL BE APPRIECIATED.

its gettin torn down tommorow.in my opinion at this point it sounds and feels like a circlip might have failed and the wrist pin worked its way out but im not sure.ill keep ya posted.

nope, one of my buds didnt think i put it together right so hes gonna tear it down and do it himself.

yeah so, i just finished my 7 grand build up last weekend.all summer no riding.i broke in the motor great everything was running great.we did a littele woods riding then hit the train tracks which are straight as far as you can see.i ran throuhg the gears and had it pinned in 6th.we came up to a road so i down shifted to 5th then 4th and the shee shee sputered out and died,no big deal i started it again and got up to 3rd and lost all power so i shut it down and coolant pissed all over the place.now it will barley run at all and picked up a pretty bad knocking.yeah that really sucks.i was so pissed i havnt even tore it down yet to see whats up.well ill keep you up to date as soon as i figure out what it is.

sorry to be posting this in this forum but im supposed to be starting my shee that ive been building all year and when i looked at my intake about 10 minutes ago i realized its broke.if anyone in the southern NH area or withinin a 2 hours or so of Nashua has a stock intake that i can pick up.if so pm me thanks guys..

im trying to find hose to go in cascade clamps but the local hardware store only has hose that is temp safe up to 250 degrees or boiling water.what temp rating do i need?

i was riding on the 4th of july last year at a pit down the street from my house.it was like 8 am when i was in the pit.well this guy and his kid came out to the pit,stopped me and started bitching about me racin up and down the street the week before.well i was in jersey the week before so im like what the f*ck are you talkin about.anyway this guy said hed called the cops and they were on the way.so i got the hell outta there.i was about 1/2 mile from my house when i passed the cop sittin on the side of the road.i just rode right by, didnt look back at all.i was in 3rd gear slowing down to pull into my driveway when the cop pulled in front of me got out of the car and pulled his gun on me.so im face down,gun to my head right in front of my neighbors house.he cuffed me,stuffed me and took my beloved shee to the fuckin impound.the cop kept tellin me that i was runnin from him and i kept tellin him that if i was running from him i had 3 gears left and he wouldve known if i was runnin cause he wouldnt have me in the back of his car.i got charged with evading a police officer,riding on a public way, and having an unregistered vehicle.i bailed myself out and went and partyed for the rest of the 4th(after i went and got my shee)

JUST WANTED TO LET EVERYONE KNOW I JUST BOUGHT SOME PARTS FROM CHRIS AND EVERYTHING WENT GREAT,GOT THE STUFF FAST AND IN SUPURB COND.DONT HESITATE DOING BUSINESS WITH HIM.

YEAH SO I JUST GET MY MOTOR ALL PUT BACK TOGETHER AND IM TORQUING ALL THE NUT AND BOLTS TO SEAL THE CASES AND I GO TO RETORQUE THE UPPER BOLTS AND IM ON THE LAST ONE AND THE FUCKIN THING SNAPS OFF,,THE LAST FUCKIN BOLT!!!!!!!!!SO NOW I GOTTA TAKE THE WHOLE FUCKIN THING APART AGAIN AND GET THAT PIECE OUT.SON OF A BITCH!!!!! way too tippy for me, you just cant throw one around like you can a shee and its tough to do anything if you cant keep the front wheels on the ground.out of all the quads ive ridden i like the craptor the least.
