i never had a problem before either but im jsut getting it back together after getting it ported and doing a rebuild.

I have the elim kit in my garage but I was so anxious to ride I didnt put it on. So it will kill the sheee then?

I got my shee running right the only thing is that when I really opened it up today it shut down. What gives?

I got everything on but the plastics and it will idel all day long and run good at high rev but it seems sluggish on take off and when it is ideling and i give it a very slight amount of gass it kind of spitts out of the right pipe. Is this going to be normal for a bit untill i break it in good or should I do something. I rejetted to 350, it wouldnt even start on 330. I think the jetting is about right.

I got it back together and took it for a very short ride lastnight before heading to a party, decided to take it out today for a while and everything was great then it started acting weired, I pulled to the side of the road and it would idel but it sputtered here and there like it was spitting, I called the wife to come pick me up in my truck. I am hoping that the 360 jets are jsut a bit much and I can put 350s in and it will work. Anyone got any ideas?

I got my jets in today and 360 worked damn good. I can actually say my banshee scared me today. thanks so much to Jim at passion for the work and thanks to Loco for the help and everyone else, I went to put air in my tire today and as I was cruising down the road every one was looking at me very odd. I figured out that it was beacouse I have no plastic or anything on it. Not even the seat. I was so ancious to ride I didnt even think about putting it on I jsut tore out. I will get it all back to gether tomarrow and put up some pics. Anyone know wich graffix from XGX would look best on a balck and red 03 with a flame seat cover?

Rings are in, pilots are 27.5 mains are at 330. I orderd 340 350 and 360 jsut have to wait

Got it started but its not running right, I guess I will order some bigger jets (330 running now) and wait for them to get here and try that

im not really sure, Its a custom deal due to the fact that I ride at high(ie top)speed for long amounts of time. I ride to work and all over the place on the roads.But maybe Jim can tell you more about it, I just gave him a price estimate I was willing to pay, told him the riding style and mods i have, and he did what he does

Well Im home now. I wasnt sure which thread to put this in so I fugured I would put it here where I think it will get the most traffic. If you move it no big deal. I just wanted to tell everyone how well Passion treated me. Before leaving for Afgan I call him and Jim spent the better part of an hour on the phone with me talking me through the best options for my riding style. I mailed him my cylinders before I left and true to his word they were waiting for me when I got home. To top it off he didnt charge me for shipping. I havent put them on yet but I cant wait to do it. Everything I asked for was in the box. Thanks alot Jim. I am truely greatfull. Also Any Idea what size Jets I should start with?

im in afgan now and belive me alot more could be spent every day to make life nicer, but I love my job
