  1. no they sell a kit for it called the torrs removal kit it come with the cables and caps and idle kit, do a search for more info on the site
  2. their that big clup of metal on top of your carbs which go up under the seat by the gas tank, where you can ajust the idle but 2 screws adjust them evenly 1/2 turn at a time, but if i where you i would take them off and get a torrs removal kit . do a search on it their is alot of info on here.
  3. does it have torrs if so the screws under the seat by the gas tank if not put a idle kit on it.
  4. i like it alot, its only my second clutch, so from stock it hole lot better, but i got some mods so you need it , im going to put all six back in . but you should be fine with 3 and 3 my barnett came with 2 sets stock and heavy duty and their stock are better then oem springs. so good luck make sure you line up the arrows on the clutch cable.
  5. i have 3 and 3 of the barnett dirt diggger in mine and like but it dosent bit like it would if i had all 6 in their, but then again sore fingers or clutch slip alittle your choice.
  6. you probally have to buy a outerware you will probally have to go up 1 main jet size , do you have pipes or stock? and do you have a mod air box"holes in it or are you going to run no air box these all will make a diffrence in jetting
  7. i have a noss head with 22 domes in it at aprox 600 to 800 ft above sea level and a high end trail port should my compression go up or down with a port job???? its at 151PSI now
  8. the torque on the springs is 86 inch pds so its not to tight.
  9. like the others guys said pipes, a good port job, reeds, cool head w domes, it willl rip prety good.
  10. did you line up the arrows on the case and the clutch cable their is a little screw in the middle of the clutch basket you adjust it and it pushes it in or out to adjust.

  14. you should probally do a rebuild now, at 90 to 100 psi it will be hard to start when cold when its warm it will start better.

  19. first off your way to lean you should be running 270 or280 mains, well this all depends on your elevation also id go up on your mains your not getting enough gas
  20. my buddy has a 2004 with a k&n and the snorkle off he at 210mains we live in MI also so i guess it depends on the temp right now and what it will be in the summer so i would wait till it gets warmer like bet 60 90 degress is the best time to jet it.
  21. i dont know if it would be cheaper, but it would be cool because you could build it how you want, and yes you can interchange parts from diffrent years, but i would buy a used one and fix it up. i think this would be cheaper. just my 2cents
  22. did you check the slides are in the right way. concaved side to the back and are your carb insync
  23. id say your your runnung lean, and yes the propeller will help cool it better and the noss head is great i love it tons of power and i havent over heated yet.
  24. 5800 to 6000 it depends on the dealer
