  3. Thankyou for the replys guys. I am going to have it done. I use Dave Moore at MP racing, he has always done great work for me.
  4. Man that skirt on the Vitos is thick. I had my problems 2-3 years ago. It looks like they have changed since then.
  5. Toomy is right on the motor mods.PLUS Any new front shocks with rezzies will be a huge improvement over stock( Works TCS ELKA AXIS 500-1300$) If you ride Trails a steering damper is a great investment also. Shop around and shop smart, 3000$ will take a long way from your stock shee.
  6. They are going to increase exhaust port width and height also. What they are claiming is that adding the transfer boost ports will keep the powerband smooth and keep bottom power. I should have mentioned I ride mostly woods/ motorcross.
  7. I have had a few sts of these. I am pretty sure the difference is the dome for a bit more compression and they have the intake windows located higher and the piston skirt is shorter so after the windows pass the intake ports so does the botom of the skirt. So basically bigger intake charge 90% sure on this. I personaly did not have good luck with these they ran hot and two sets in oneseason cracked the skirt, they did not come apart but they did crack. I have been running pro lites since with no problems the set in the shee is two years old and the compresion is going down so I will rebuild but no structural probs like vitos
  8. I have a 370LR motor that MP Racing built 2 years ago with a play port job, it time for a fresh bore so I asked about making more power across the whole band while its apart anyway (I want to keep all the bottom I can) They told me they can add two new boost ports that feed directly into the transfers. This is how the new cr250 is. This is supposed to let you keep throttle response and your bottom end so it sounds like the best of both worlds, step up to a race port but keep or potentialy increase my bottom as well. It sounds very cool. Any thoughts would be aprciated
