Have him drop a stroker in there, and port it. You'll smoke any R out there..... Also, I'd like to see that S-10. I got one in the garage right now, and 2 "race" motors on stands waiting to go in..... I'll have to get used to no brakes, because the cam I have in either motor won't make enough vacuum.... I live in Elma. well when i raced there was a shee with the 2 to 1 pipe and carb set up and it was the loudest, badest sounding quad i have ever heard!!! the guy riding it was also the guy selling everything u would possibly need at the races and i've seen him announce the races in batavia, not sure of his name?? well either way i smoked that quad everytime i raced it??????? as for the s-10 i also have to role to a stop sign or light in neutral due too the size cam i have in it, way to ratical!!!! i was looking to put in a 3500rpm stall or put in a milder cam to get some better vacumm plus i won't be digging holes in the ground everytime i put it in gear and go!! well here is a pic of the s-10 and the motor was built by dick fite and with me helping. dick fite builds race motors for about 7 cars that run up at lancaster.. yeah elma is about 40 min from me. i live down on the lake.

exactly!! when i race silver springs i spank every shee. but when i raced batavia with the longer holeshot i was playing catch up the rest of the race and still placed 5th overall out of 22 riders.

buy doing that aren't u just turning it more into a r?? why is it that by shortening the swing arm would it handled better? this guy i know who has a blaster had his extended cause everytime he hit a jump with it his short swingarm would prevent the quad from getting any air? it would like bottom out on the face of the jump?

for the right r !! probably?? i just miss my old r. handled awsome, tons of low end, power was always there not like on the shee how it hesitates than boom shoots u straight up in the air of a jump and u got to worry about getting the front end back down!! o well after having both i just like the r's better.

it could be considered opperator error just NOT ME!!!! all those wires were never moved since i've had it. i made sure that those wires were nowhere near the ehxaust and thats how i would have put them in the first place but it took this problem to make me aware of it??? i mean there is absolutly no room between the airbox, exhaust , and the frame......oh well it's fixed

welli went out today and worked on it and heres what i got---- i tried another cdi box and nothing, still the same i tried another coil and nothing, still the same. so i started to take of the plastics to get a closer look at everything and low and behold there were a few wires sitting in the exhaust next to the airbox?? they started melting together and just so happen to be the ones to the cdi box. the quad started right up sounded clean as a whistle so i took it for a spin and HOLY S#$T IS IT FAST!!! i still don't want to put the cool head back on due to the crank not being welded that is why i took it off in the first place!! running 206psi per cylinder with an unwelded crank was not a smart thing according to everyone here. I'm talking to someone right now about a trade on a nice 250r that i still am thinking about going through with? but i'm going to try and ride this thing as many times as possible to maybe change my mind???

well i'm gonna head out to the garage today and swap a few things of the other parts shee i have and see if i can't get some spark? thats all it might need? i'm just so frustrated with not being able to ride this thing like i should!! the r i just picked is allready torn down for a full rebuild including frame being powdercoated, bearings being replaced, adding new parts and what not;; if i do get the shee running sweet i still want to trade it for a r of equal value or close to it!!

wow i like that reply. maybe ur right? but i'm gonna just go the route that i know is best and get another 250r. the 1 i got now and the 1 i had were and is awsome. so i'm gonna just stick with the king of all quads. THE R!!! corvette's rule. i tried to get a 78 last year with just 28,000 miles on it and that has been sitting for the last 9 years but the people who own it are some rich assholes that are just waiting on it to become a classic so they can register it as 1 as save on insurance??? so i did the next best thing and dumped a brand new race motor in my s-10 and holy shit is it fast . well good luck on anything u come across from here out!!! peace.

for 1 thing i never put the weisco hot rod crank in it!!! i've been tearing 2 strokes apart and rebuilding them for a long time, i've done lt's , yz's , r's, i've torn everyone down to pcs and put them back together and they have ran perfect!!! if u read into my remarks, it's all about the shit on the shee's are fucking garbage!!! coil's just up and going bad? it's a fucking 01??? and yes i'm from western ny and every race i raced i finnished top 5 on my r with a garbage suspension thats why i didn't race last year!! the best part was beating all the shee's with all kinds of crap on them, sponsered, etc: . i love listening to all the idiots who say they can beat everyone else!!!

i had nothing but problems when it came to jetting when i had the cool head on it. i went to the dealer and talked to the mechanics, got some input of here in the hq and i started jetting it up . i think i tried about 5 different size jets and it still ran like shit? so i just took the cool head back off thinking it should be fine but when i went out today and put new gas and plugs in it, it won't even start.period!!! wtf? i don't think i'm getting spark, but how the f*ck is it that it started up every other time and ran like shit and now out of the blue nothing at all???

this is some funny shit!!! rider error??? how the hell is the inner bearing on the crank freezing up , (rider error)? how the hell is , breaking up and fouling out probably due to water hitting something(rider error)? how is going to the beach and it runs like shit so i bring it home , put new plugs and gas in it and now it doesn't start at all-- garbage coil ???? how is that (rider error)??? please explain to me how i do nothing but put new shit on it and yet it's my fault it's a piece of shit!!!!!!! and no i don't want a three wheeler. maybe ur bike and the three wheeler?

i've been working on 2-strokes for ten years i fucking now how to work on quads.but when i'm working with shit like this???? as for riding red!!! heres my old r that preaty much spanked all the shees in my class, and on my first race with this close to stock r i came away with this trophy!!!!! rider error

well i've owned this piece of shit now for about 5 months and i'm yet to get a good ride out of it!! the first time i rode it the bearing froze up on the $500 WEISCO HOT ROD CRANK . no prob i got another crank and put in a new clutch. took it out again and got spanked by a yz125 3 straight times???? final run it cut out and died and had to get towed by a 300ex out of the riding area put the cool head on and headed to the beach and it lasted about 5 minutes before i had to push it back to the truck. came home took of the cool head , drained the gas and tossed the plugs. today just put in new gas mixed 32:1 with motul800 , 2 new plugs and went to go riding. never made it out of the drivway cause now it won't even start!!!. ALL I GOT ON MY MIND IS WHAT A PIECE OF SHIT??????. I SHOULD HAVE NEVER GOT RID OF MY OLD R FOR THIS PIECE OF SHIT. thank god i just picked up another 86r cause at least i can rely on it!!!! i'd rather have a garbage stock r than this piece of fucking shit!!!!!!!

i have a pro design cool head with 17cc domes for a banshee. i would like to trade this for some 20x6x10" front tires like new and some 20x11x9" rear tires like new. plus i would like to get a nice set of aftermarket handlebars ??? let me know what u got laying around i might need it???

honestly i don't need any cash i just need some front and rear tires and a set of aluminum handlebars. besides this thing was $300 new and it's only been used a few times cause i was having so much trouble with the jetting , and the crank was not welded with 206psi per cylinder.
