no way in hell does that 450 beat a raptor in a stock vs. stock drag race..i dont know whos telling you that but wake up

well heres what i think... a stock banshee against a stoack raptor is pretty damn close..but truthfully i think the raptor wins thats a 660 though..the yfz is only a 450 and theres no way that the 450's power to weight ratio will make it that fast..its only a 450.. i may be wrong and missing something...but this bike really isnt as fast as its boasted about like i said a buddy of mine has one and my basically stock 03' banshee smokes it (really i only have the timing advancer ...i mean thats a hell of a difference but still) my buddy weighs about 170 and im like 210 on the track 450 hands down...but drag racing the banshee is coming out on top..

yea...amp links make a hell of a difference if u ride hard enough..if u ride like a puss its a waste of money though...its up to you

i agree with this guy..if the bike has been sitting the fuel and the oil separates..and you have to get it mixed again...i always rock my bike front back side to side for a good couple minuets...works fine for me

i have a famliy member with a nice cam corder...ill have to tape one..no joke i can get it up in 1st or second...and ride through 6...get that $1000 ready to mail out oh by the way i got a 2000 banshee with a trinity longrod 420...all stage 4...v force reeds...plenty of other parts too much to list... im getting new a-arms too...tghats why the raptor spindles would fit...new hubs too

i think they just need to make the banshee the same as they always have that way out happy asses have somehting to talk about lol

about a year ago i was riding my 2000 trinity banshee down a highway to hit some trails...i hit it and cracked a wheelie and came through all the gears..in 6th i was probably doing about 75-80 but thought iwas in 5th so i was aparently looking for 7th haha flipped back and the bike went a good 60 yards...the t shirt i was wearing was gone and i had roadrash from head to toe. i was weraing a helmet. the bike is trashed and im restoring it...ride hard or go home!

i have a 96 banshee with toomey pipes and a couple other small things...i smoked my buddy's 450 everywhere....street, dirt, mud, everywhere except an mx track a banshee's got it beat

its probably the needle and the seat...i had this problem with my cr250 bike...i replaced the needle and cleaned the shit out of it...it runs great now

well if i bought them from yamaha i would most likely buy raptor spindles...but i dont see why an aftermarket company wouldnt make spindles..

whats up everyone...i just wrecked my 2000 trinity banshee and need to rebuild the front end...i have everything but spindles. I have been told that you have to buy them straight from yamaha but are there any aftermarket spindles. please help me out...thanks
