  1. Lol yea I definetly will. Didn't realize it was that serious. Hmmm a $5.95 screw or engine meltdown.... Tough choice. Thanks for all your help I appreciate it.
  2. Yea the hole is there. I just tried the screw that I did have from the left carb on the right carb and it threaded right in. The funny thing is my bike idles fine now even with only the one screw being in there. Ever since I adjusted the one idle screw that I do have its been idling fine. However I found an idle screw from vitos for $5.95 so i'm going to order that just to be safe. What problems could having only one idle screw cause? Could it cause a slight bog on takeoff?
  3. Sorry I meant I cant find the idle screw for the right carb.
  4. Thanks. I just checked the right carb and there is no idle screw on the left or right side of it. Where could I get a new one from? Is it really that big of a deal to go without it?
  5. No not at all. Actually it was quite helpful thanks! I just assumed the idle screw for the left carb would be in the same place as it is on the right carb, next to the air screw. I just won a set of t5s and fmf silencers off ebay for $90. What jet size should I start out with at an elevation of 1000 feet. I also have the stock airbox with the snorkle removed.
  6. Should I have two idle adjust screws? I only have one on the left carb. Im not sure if the tors removal kit only requires you have one idle adjust screw.
  7. I am a new owner and dont know how to adjust the idle. How would i go about doing this?
  8. Here are some pics of the carbs; im not sure if they are aftermarket or not. They are mikuni brand carbs.
  9. I just bought a 2001 banshee and it idles fine when cold but after it warms up it wont idle without me holding down the thumb throttle. I think that the tors system has been removed along with the parking brake. Also the snorkle on the air box has been removed as well. Does anyone know what could be wrong?
  10. Ill give you $35 shipped for the front rims and tires granted they are not dented. (I need new rims because my fronts are dented.)
