Was wondering if anyone has a set of handlebars and any or all of the controls on it(brake lever, light switch, clutch). I recently rolled my shee and broke it all. Please let me know if anyones got anyhting.
I will have a thumb throttle open for sale after i get a twist throttle. If you have a twist we can do a trade. Its the stock thumb that came with the shee, still very good shape.
what bolts on the engine case, cylinders, clutch, head, etc do i need to use a torque wrench on and what torque do i need to tighten them to? thaks for all your help, this is my first time doing a rebuild.
i am putting on new pistons and i noticed that there are holes in one side of the skirt, does it matter what way those holes face or can i put them either way?
i was wondering if the clutch will work ok if there are only 5 of the 6 bolts holding it on. they are the bolts with the springs on them, and when i was tightening it down the head snapped off and couldnt get it out to put in a different bolt. i was thinking it would be fine if i just left it but im not sure, what do you think?
what type of silicone or sealant should i use to seal the engine case back together? when i took it apart there was this grey silicone it looked like, but i was wondering if i can use any high temp silicone....thanks
i tried the screw driver method before i posted this thread. hehe. but no luck. i went to try the impact gun and couldnt find a 1 1/4" socket, only a wrench. so ill go buy the socket and hope it will work, thanks for your help..........
what is the easiest way to remove the large bolt that keeps the clutch basket on? i cant get a good grip on it because the clutch keeps spining when i try to loosen it.
