  1. Thanks guys...I will look into that tomorrow...any other pointers to give out? I have already installed it once and when I ran the engine the screws backed out of the pick up coil and then it hit the stator and then the bike died...

I had to pick up a ricky stator pick up coil off of ebay and I should be attempting this mod again next week with some modifications to the pick up coil mounting holes...

    Thx again

  2. Why didn't you ask before you bought them?

I'm guessing they suck because I've never seen anybody run them. My .02

I paid little for them. Thats why i bought them..Oh well, not out very much money then. I'll put them on and try'em anyway

OMG thats the answer!!!!! I would tell you but like I said, I just bought them!!! Maybe I should have been more clearer....They are not installed yet..I am just looking for some opinions on people that use them or have used them. banghead

  4. Hey guys thanks for the replys..They (toomey) say 12 holes..but I could not find the pictures and BrianEB's pdf instructions didn't attach. I am assuming they are 1 inch...If I did this, I know it is going to lean the bike out too much...I currently run stock pilots(25's) and 270 mains. What should I change them too?

    Thanks again

  5. Hey guys, I have an 03 banshee with FMF fatty's, pc2 silencers, boyesene power reeds, a uni airfliter and its jetted for sealevel. I recently bought a used stock airbox lid so I could drill some holes in it and get a little more air in there. My question is how many holes should I drill, how big should I drill them and I would prefer not have to re-jet after. If I have to re-jet that ok but i would rather not.

Any ideas or has anyone else done this mod before? BTW the snorkel is removed as well.

  6. What u are saying is true...flex agent will not help it adhere....my bad but..it will help it later after its painted. If you roll your fender for some reason, its not as likely to crack and flake as bad....Don't get me wrong, it won't stop it but it will help...

I've used it lots in other plastic painting application. And also for the price of it, why not mix it in with the paint!
