Is this normal? This has happened for 3 days now, not just the first time I started it. Once it gets going it seems fine. But it takes me forever to get it started.

Could it be the pilot jet?

When I shift from neutral to first gear, it dies. Unless I give it a little throttle. Then it stays running. First I tried to adjust the clutch cable and then the adjustment inside the case. No better. So I put in a new clutch, on the advice of the local shop. Readjusted it. And it still has the same problem. What is going on? Do I need a new cable?. Any advice would be hrelpful. Thanks

I did a rebuild 2 days ago, but my torque wrench was messed up. Anyways, I need to retorque the cylinders and the head. Can I reuse the head gasket or do I need a new one? Thanks.
