fix me, i got lost reading this post 3 times, whats messed up, the sprocket or the chain ?? both the front sprocked has a few chipped teeth on it from the chain streaching and the chain is so streached i couldnt tighten it anymore so i took a link out of the chain and squeezed it on and rode anyways even though it wasnt fixed proberly now i feel its time to fix it right seeing how i got a few bucks in my pocket for once

well let me ask you this when you replace your chain and front sprocket should you replace your rear one too if theres no visable damage?you know just becouse its the right thing to do?

well i need a new chain and front sprocket for sure i was gona go with a kit couse thats CHEAPER lol im missin teeth on the front my chain streached and skipped a few times as far as mods fmf fattys core 2 cool head k&n you know the usual i may just go to magicracein leastthey got everything in stock and i hear rocky mountain is gettin goofy

what kinda gearing is good for low end speed and violent power band prefferably with out useing a 41 tooth sprocket couse rockymt atv is sold out of the cheapos that are 41 tooth and were poor around here lol i ride dirt mud hills trails fields i live in freakin ohio so i guess a mx set up thanx guys for always answerin my goofy ass ?s and yes i know its probly been answered i did a search but you get to crazy with ratios im not a mathmatition so keep it simple please thanx thanx!!

man i smashed mine but good my tank and every thing was smashed i used a steel I beam that was attached to a building and a tie down straop to fix it if ya ask me its a poor design anyhow they should realy gusset them better or use like a cross bar not this easily bendable hoop stickin out on top all by its lonesome!

lookin for a cheap new chain and sprocket kit possably a slider and roller kit too anyone know of any good deals out there? thanx!!

got a stearing stem from him no problems but he is slow on the feed back sorry to hear about your luck

losten the cap on the brake resivor and push the calapers back with a c clamp put the pads back on and try again

if i have a slider on the front do i need the roller on the bottem? twords the front? if so what size? anyone?

its the bottom one attached to the frame twords the front sprocket and i have a slidder in the back on the swing arm thanx for the input though!

good lookin out im ridein dirt mud trails and hillclimbs no real wide open spot to whind it out in 6th so thats y im lookin for more pick up and acceleration!

how do i know what size chain roller is needed? i know im a dumb ass i dont have the old one eitherto look at it and see i had a problem resently chain stretched and it wouldnt tighten any more so i though i was slick and took a link out and then it was too tight i forced it on and mashed on my chain roller now thats shot so now i need a chain front and rear sprocket since the rear comes in the package and of course a new chain roller are there any differances in the roller sizes? how do i know what size to get? anyone know? also what gear size to get i want some more kick in the pants when i gas it!! like to rip my arms off you know what i mean!! thanx guys!!

good lookin out guys did the quick fix and got a ride in and ya my sprockets trashed and the chain was so tight with out the link i took out it ate a roller but hey i got my ride in and i do have parts in the mail thanx guys your right replace it is best but i NEEDED to ride then you know the feeling!

can anyone out there tell me how to remove chain links? my chain has stretched out and i have tightened the the chain as far as it will go and it still has slack and skips on the front sprocket when i gas it any help would be nice id buy a chain but i realy dont have the cash guess im lookin for a free fix thanx guys!!

is there realy a differance in standard and o ring chains? i mean i know ones sealed and lubed but if ya lube the standard dont they perform about the same? standard price about 30 bucks o rings about 60 can some one help me out is ther a differance in durability and performance? or is it a scam for the manufacturers?
