  1. $300 reserve for that isn't cheap.
  2. Hey but no one is gonna tell 'em, and if they do, I will just say I bought them from some dodgy geezer on ebay ! He now has the stickers off my bike but says its gonna be after xmas. I will keep you informed.
  3. I will be removing my stickers from my banshee so a friend of mine who owns a vinyl company can copy them and manufacture them, he currently works with top airlines and produces the stickers that go on the outside of the aircraft, the ones by the doors and things. These stickers will, therefore be of the highest quality, apparantly, they are double skinned and don't come off, even under high pressure washes. Would there be a demand for these, as once he has the layout and design done, he can just roll them off the line. Unfortunately, my bike only has the standard decals on meaning he can only produce them in standard, however, he can change the colours if required. Also, if anyone can help and provide a set of decals, he is able to copy them and produce them. All in all, these will be CHEAP and of HIGH quality, we will be talking somewhere between $20 and $30 for a full set. If we all group together, we can all make up some cool designs, once he has them, just ask for what you want, he prints you a set off and you're all dome. But, unless you want the standard blue decals, I will need your help. It's up to you. Cya
  4. Got mine today in the UK, great item at a great price.
  5. That bike is in a serious mess, look at the rust all over it.
  6. err, it was I who told him about Banshee HQ ! But you're welcome anyway :-)
  7. I just got an email from him, I have to send him some more $ as I am in the UK, that's fine by me, I was aware of this, only charging me an extra $10, great to see he isn't going to rip me off and make a profit on the postage. So far so good, here's his email: bourne_enterprises@hotmail.com I have also given him the link to this thread so he may even join up and post. Can't wait to get mine :-)
  8. Hi Thanks for your reply, its much appreciated, OK, I removed each spark plug lead and attached a new spark plug, held the threads onto the engine and kicked it over, at the start I received a very poor blue spark then nothing! on both sides. In the manual it says, unscrew the spark plug cap from the plug wire and check the cap resistance with an ohmeter, it its resistance is infinite replace it with a new one - anyone know what the #%^ that means ! Anyone know what else I can or how I can check to see what the problem is. Thanks Mark.
  9. Last week I took my bike to a track and when we got there it took us about 30 mins to kick start it, we were gonna give up but then it just sprouted into life for no reason, we rode on it for a few hours and then it stalled and again, it wouldn't kick start so we had to push start it and it started first time. 2 weeks later, I am in the same position, I have spent the last 30 mins trying to start it, I have also cleared the carb by kick starting it with the ignition off and fuel off to get some air in the carb to start over again, like I said, 30 mins I have been doing this over and over again, my leg and foot is killing me! Today I put new spark plugs in her, but that has made no difference. Does anyone have any ideas what this might be? Thanks for your help. Regards Mark.
  10. Great, that worked a treat, shame the manual didn't tell me that, or was it common sense and I left that on the track! Thanks again
  11. Hi I decided to change my Banshee's rear pads today, I followed ther instructions by the book, removed the caliper, took the pads out, then it said put it back together in reverse, however, when I put the new pads in, I can't get the disc in, there is no room between the pads, I tried opening the piston a little but it won't open far enough to get the disc in between the pads. Can anyone help me please, I wanted to ride it at 3pm, that's just 2 hours away. Thank guys. Regards Mark.
  12. OK, thanks, so I buy these little things and screw them into my carb, but surely there must already be some in there and arent they setup right already? Thanks Mark.
  13. Hi Can someone please explain to me in SIMPLE idiot proof terms wtf jetting is, I have read some threads and I am like WTF! All I know is, I kick start my bike and I ride it, I have no idea what jetting is all about, I even see some of you talking about sea level! Please explain to me why I should do this, what I can benefit from doing this, how easy or difficult it is to do this and what I need to do this. Thanks very much. Mark.
  14. WOW, thanks for all your replys guys, I feel right at home now :-) I am gonna ask a few questions in some other posts so hope I can get some good answers, one will be about the problems I have with it starting. Stu, I live in Milton Keynes which isn't far from you, I used to live in Bicester and the weekend just gone, I went down to Dirt Devils in Reading, it was bloody awesome, I got absolutely cacked in mud and there was an inch of mud all over the bike by the end of the day, here's the proof! If you want to meet up down there say perhaps next weekend, that would be just cool with me, perhaps we could get some others to come along to. By the way, whats the vale of white horse thing you mentioned, sounds very interesting, i'd like to get a litle more active and that sounds pretty cool. Once again guys thanks for your posts and I look forward to speaking with you all soon. Best regards Mark.
