I had a similar problem, but my plugs look like the main is dialed in right. When I loaded it on the truck I noticed the inside of my pipes were glowing red. Would this be caused by the same thing?

I would have to agree about the -2. I had MrMatt cut mine down, and I couldnt say enough good things about his work or the handling enhancement of the shorter swingarm.

Im considering putting a stroker in my shee for mx and trail riding...since youre on the topic, could you give me some advise on where to get a good setup? Also what do you think about the vito's +4mm with the stroker plate? is this a good product, or is it a mickey mouse way to put in a stroker?

I bought a set of plastic off of rec. unlimited, and it took about 10 emails, 5 phone call, and 2 1/2 months to get it. I wouldnt deal with them again if they were giving stuff away. I deal with motosport outlet a lot, and I am very happy with their service. They are quick, and have people working there that actually know about what theyre selling. That seems to be getting rare.

Was it smoking more than usual? Do you have the TORS still hooked up? If you have a compression tester, that would be the best way to check the headgasket. Also, do you know for certain the radiator was full before this happened?

I am splitting the case on my shee, and am planning on putting a new shift cam in while its apart...is there anything other suggestions on improving the shifting ?

I raise the needle by moving the e-clip one notch down...Im no carb pro though,check with banchetta he'll steer you in the right direction for sure. I get good power and response out of the SST's they're an excellent midrange pipe.

I adjust my needle 1 notch...this seems to be enough to keep it burning the same...its probably a little different per bike though. I just keep an eye on the plugs and adjust accordingly. I live in Warren, not too far from you.

did it run before, or since you put the new stator in? Why were all of those parts replaced?

what size mains are you running, and what do your plugs look like after its run for a while?

That's why I keep a screwdriver under my seat...so if something locks up like this, I can take out the master link and roll the shee, instead of picking the back up and carrying it home.

I heard a similar rumor, but it was ALL 2 strokes by 2006. I saw an article where some states have already tried to pass laws like this. I havent seen any reliable information on the issue yet though. If they try to pass any laws like this around my area,though, ill be taking pics of every '76 caddilac el'dorado that's still driving around burning oil faster than it can leak,and bring them down to the senators office on the back of my shee. The problem here is that with the recent bad publicity that the sport has gotten, theyre killing two birds with one stone here. These laws will get the vote of the enviromentalists, the people against off road hobbies, and half the people who just arent educated on the topic. Sorry about the book, but laws with poor logic like this really burn my a$$

This might sound stupid, but if your stck pipes were in a garage or attic or something its possible that they are clogged with some animal nest. check and make sure theyre clear
