if you have a napa around you, the'll bore the cylinders for 40-50 a jug. i assume its on stock bore. if the insides of the jugs look good, not deep scratches, order a .10 weisco piston kit from ebay, www.rockymountainatv.com or www.denniskirk.com good deals you can get that for about 150, like motul said, def get a clymers, off ebay or at ur dealer, there runnin cheaper everyday, prolly 25 at the most in most placesits pretty straight forward, if your heads screwed up, scan here or ebay for anouther stock head replacement, and get it milled by boonman, or get a noss head from dlnoss, both ways you get performance, good luck

you have the head, now you need domes, ask dlnoss for size domes you should be runnin for your setup, he'll help you out, great guy to work with!

stroker! i belive locogato is runnin a +4 and is doin kick ass on the hills from passion. suspension mods help alot there, pick up a pair of shocks

boonman has the ski's and runs paddle tires on the back in the winter, anouther guy named like banshee9600 or something has the same thing on his raptor, hooks up good. i was going to do it last winter, but got lazy and didnt, you just need ski's spindles and some time and welding skills. im sure someone will post a pic

damn dude, you got something stuck inbetween your piston and head at one point, i do belive ur piston is fucked, unless this is from a previous piston explosion, check the piston on that side for damn sure, and a new head is in order, i dunno if milling it will take that out, ask boonman

your head gaskets gone if its blowin smoke out, take off the head, put on a new head gasket, torque it properly with a good torque wrench. 50:1 sounds fine, it has nothing to do with this problem
